Staff were friendly and smiley, check-out was quick and easy, and being in between North Adams and Williamstown was what I needed for the trip. Walgreens, dining options, and a dispensary across the road was nice too. Didn’t get breakfast but they have free continental breakfast.

I’m aware that I wasn’t going for a high-end hotel; I’m noting these points to be helpful for other travelers. Not sure what was up but the lamps would stop working at a certain point during the night. Curtain fixture was coming off the wall and installed in a way that made shutting the curtains completely a bit difficult but I figured it out. Sad shower and thin-ish walls. Unstable internet and TV, so grab a book or magazine and detox from screens!

I wish the lamps had USB plugs because I forgot to bring a wall plug since I am so accustomed to hotels having the lamps with the USB. These lamps actually had old fashioned phone jack plugs which I found funny. I understand some of the decor is slightly outdated but that doesn't bother me as long as it's clean. Which it was very clean!

Hotel staff was actually very nice and made sure to replace any towels or anything I needed in a timely manner and the rooms were actually a good size and the location is in a very convenient spot

Spacious room very comfortable… very attentive and available. Staff managed by a family who went to exceptional extremes to keep the place inviting and comfortable. Would stay there again for sure.

Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Staff was very helpful, We had difficulty with the TV and the front desk clerk immediately took care of the problem.

The outside didn't look as nice as the inside. With a little updating on the outside it would be more appealing.

Very well managed with friendly and helpful owners. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The intercontinental breakfast was standard fare as expected for the chain, nothing spectacular but sufficient for us. Great location for visiting Williams College. We arrived late at night and the place was safe and quiet. We parked right outside our room.

The people who run the place are very nice hardworking folks. Short-staffed due to illness. Remaining staff doing well in spite of the extra load.

Breakfast was minimal, could have been a little better--e.g, not enough cutlery, no napkins, some supplies were stale and dried out. Probably better when there's someone in charge, specifically.

The location is close to The Clark Art Institute and Williamstown but you need a car. There are a few shops across the street. Breakfast was very basic with a waffle maker provided, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea, etc. Rooms are simple but tidy.

Cleanness, spacious room, staff, complimentary breakfast, free parking. Everything was great. As a "near the road motel" - it was better than we expected.

That it was cold when we first arrive and needed to turn on the heater ourselves.

Convenient location. Ground-floor entrance. Cleanliness of room. Tastefully decorated outside for the season. Generous complementary breakfast. And a good value.

A few updates and repairs in the room…Bathroom fan very noisy… Fuel electric outlets… And one wasn’t working well. But overall a well cared for room. Renovations taking place throughout… Central heating was not working… But we were provided with a portable heater that worked very well.
