The layout is classic roadside motel, but everything has been redone to a good standard and the property as a whole is pleasant and comfortable. It's a top-notch place to stay if what you are looking for is a comfortable place to sleep in pleasant surroundings. The staff is absolutely top-notch, if you need any info Rocky is more informative than any big-hotel concierge desk!

Not much to complain about, I really like this place and after having tried pretty much every place to stay in the area I've been coming back here ever since. The only thing I could possibly quibble about is ice availability--it requires asking in the office.

The manager Rocky is so personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He got out a map of area and highlighted areas for us to eat at, visit in town or on our route Mohawk Trail to see and stop. He was wonderful and we loved staying there my sister, niece and myself. Highly recommend this motel if you are in this area traveling. We had a wonderful time, breakfast and enjoyed our trip to the places on Route 2 that we were suggested to see. I would stay there again if I were in that area and recommend it to all. Thanks Rocky for being so nice.

The location was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. Really comfortable bed and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool on a hot day. The owner was easy to communicate with and great about letting me drop my bag off at my room before a 2 pm performance at the Williamstown Theater. It was very quiet at night. When the owner learned I was going to visit the Clark Art Institute he let me know they sell discount tickets and I saved $5 on admission. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Williamstown.

Rocky and his wife are wonderful hosts! They are very warm, friendly and helpful. They provided wonderful suggestions for meals and were available for questions and anything else we needed. The motel itself is a no frills spot that served us perfectly for our brief stay in Williamstown. The bed was comfortable and our room and bathroom were both very clean. Rocky called ahead to ask our arrival time so he could start the air conditioner for a cool arrival. MUCH appreciated in the July heat! We would stay again!

The location was perfect. We were visiting our son who is a student at MCLA and the motel is located not far from there on the main strip. We had everything we needed within minutes of the motel. My husband was particularly happy about the Dunkin Donuts next door! The best part of staying at the Williamstown Motel is the owner Rocky! He went out of his way to welcome us, make sure we had everything we needed and came out to thank us as we left.

Williamstown Motel has been good value accommodation for us while visiting our daughter at Williams College. We appreciated our 2 rooms which were at the end of the building, which felt more private than being in the middle.

The continental breakfast was pretty basic, but as expected from a motel. I think we were spoiled on our last visit because each morning there were Dunkin Donuts!

First, you have to set your expectations. You're paying half the price (or more) of surrounding accommodations. You're not going to get the biggest room, the most up-to-date furniture. But what you ARE getting are owners (Rocky & Naj) who care about giving you the best experience they can possibly provide. The room was small, but exceptionally clean. The location was great, only minutes away from downtown Williamsburg and the Clark Museum. A request for an extra blanket was fulfilled within minutes, Rocky himself delivered the blanket, but he stood back several feet from my door because he is afraid of dogs. But he STILL DELIVERED IT! My dog is 115 lbs. When I told Rocky, he said they usually don't allow dogs of that size, but when I explained how chill my Brody is, he quickly relented and welcomed him. The room was quiet at night despite being between two busy roads. I found the Williamstown Motel to be an exceptional value and I will gladly stay there next trip to the area.

Every thing met my expectations which were tempered by the very reasonable price!

The management made us very very welcome. We arrived about 3.30pm and they went out of their way to tell us the best things to see in our short time. Including dining options, places of interest even a trip up to see the Sun set from Mount Greylock. Which was stunning and the war memorial there too. They even suggested things to see the next day as we headed further east on the Mohawk Trail. Which we did and we so thankful for there guidance. Thanks for making our short stay in Williamstown a great memory. Even include a continental breakfast which was helpful for the limited time we had the next day.

Clean, not new but clean and neat.

The breakfast had fresh fruit which is unusual at motels/hotels. There was a nice assortment. The location of the motel was perfect. Very close to Williams College, which is where we needed to be.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The owners were so lovely. They even told me about a restaurant that gave a discount if we let them know that we stayed at the hotel.

I took my family to visit my alma mater and it was the perfect location, conveniently close to campus. The motel operator was very accommodating of our schedule and waited past "closing" time to check us in and make sure we were squared away for the night. He even supplied us with cold water bottles!

It was perfect for what we needed and for the duration of time we spent in town.
