Staff - at front desk were terrific - very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was okay. It was nice to have bottled water available at the front desk and apples/oranges in the common area.

Did not like that room wasn't cleaned every day. When I asked about this I was told that rooms have not been cleaned every day since Covid - that was years ago so do not know why cleaning hasn't returned to normal.

The parking. The woman who was setting out the food for breakfast was kind of rude. There was a young man mopping the pool area at night. I had to come in through the pool area to get to my room and it was dark and I was by myself.. I didn’t want to walk all alone around the building to get in to my room. He yelled at me for entering in that area. Told me not to use that entrance again.

Pool was really nice. Especially since it was heated. Staff was friendly.

Open construction was kinda off putting getting off the elevator to our floor. I can see why other reviews complain about the shower and mold. Check the bottom on the inside door. The one that doesn't move. Don't take showers between 12-3. Only cold water. Even after letting it run. Straight cold.

We have stayed here a few times. Family lives just a couple miles away from the hotel so it's very convenient. Rooms are always clean and linens too! Beds are firm but comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is always really good and a nice selection. We will continue to stay here when we come to Adrian!

I loved how clean and presentable the property was, I had never been to this hotel before and was pleasantly surprised! The staff was also very welcoming when I arrived.

My only concern was that on my booking it told me I had a balcony access room and there wasn’t a balcony. Not a big deal or anything just something that should probably get taken off the listing.

The property is well maintained along with the facilities, clean and neat! The staff was a pleasure to deal with and offered great advice on where to eat in the area. Good coffee in the morning with a good hot breakfast.

The pool was closed for maintenance, but understandable. Didn't take away from the overall experience.

The place was very clean, the breakfast was great, the staff was friendly and the beds/sheeting etc. was very clean. Overall I would stay here again, just wish the price was $20-$30 less.

I didn't like the higher price - especially for staying in Adrian.

The breakfast was great. It included many options. I loved the waffles and the egg dish choices were great. The sausage and tator tots were a hit. The room was a great setting, allowing plenty of space for seating. We and others traveling with us were allowed to use the room to eat our take out evening meals, too. I loved the walk in shower. The pool was wonderful. Having laundry facilities available for the extended stay was a real plus.

The faucet spout in the bathroom was very short and was always getting water on the area surrounding it.

Excellent breakfast. Staff was always pleasant. All common areas were well maintained. Updated rooms with many USB outlets a first for us.

The only thing I could mention is the towels were scratchy needs some softener. This is always something I notice. Thank you for the service provided.
