Comfortable beds and ample bedding. This is the most important thing for us- enough sleep. Nice amount of space for our 5 people and stuff in one room and still can walk around. One of 4 days we ate there they served bacon which was appreciated. Okay temp control.

It smelled chemical-weird in the room and entire hotel. Shower tub was sooo slippery. Hard to step over if under 5 foot 10.Sink was too high. Only good if 5 foot 10 or more Sheets/pillowcases not washed from previous people. The water was not soft in shower. The breakfast was boring- same daily.

Staff was great! Room was clean and comfortable.

We called the front desk because there were a group of thugs outside beating someone up. The front desk woman was so amazing and handled the situation perfectly by immediately alerting the police. Dealing with the thugs threatening us though was unacceptable. This is supposed to be a family friendly hotel but it certainly wasn't that night. Again, the night worker was great and handled herself with poise and grace. Much respect to her!

staff was friendly, everything in the room worked just fine, and it was clean. Just luck of the draw, we got a first floor room just down the hall from the pool which was very convenient.

the bed was not very comfortable, and the room was cramped with having the pull out couch for the kids out. I had intended to book a two queen room, but somehow I apparently booked it incorrectly.

All of the staff were very nice, helpful, and just plain pleasant and cheerful. Whoever does your training should share with others

We offered our elder friend to stay in our room after she reserved one and less than 12 hours she decided to take us up on our offer but was told she would be charged full price for the room she reserved. She is on a fixed income, that takes away from the positives I felt about our stay.

We got a 2 queen suite. We liked that it was clean and the beds were comfortable! We had 2 great nights of sleep. ( There was actually 4 of the each- washcloths, towels, etc. - most hotels only put 2-3.) and there was bedding available for the couch ( we always have to ask at other hotels) The staff was very friendly and when I told them that the stairwell smelled terrible, ( dog urine) they took care of the issue right away! The staff at breakfast worked VERY hard trying to keep everything stocked and clean. She did a great job! I liked the fresh lemon water at the entrance. The pool area looked nice ( too bad it was down for maintenance)

I wish there was more gym equipment. I opted to go to the Anytime down the road because it had what I needed. I didn’t like how much we had to pay to stay. Over $450 for two nights was a lot of money. But there wasn’t any other hotels available within a 3 hour drive. I didn’t like that the breakfast didn’t have many options for vegans. ( daughter has many allergies ( eggs, wheat and milk are a few of them) and diabetic guests. Everything had a bunch of sugar in it. Fresh fruit strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, watermelon, applesauce (unsweetened), almond or soy milk, gluten free oats, and (packaged nuts) would have been a good option. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance so I didn’t get to even use the amenities.

It was very clean, and the staff were nice and polite. It was in a good place as we were there for a trappers convention at the fair grounds.

We checked in and got our room. We went into the room, and it was ice cold. Looked at the themistate, and it was at 61. We laid in bed and covered up. We turned the themistate up to 74, and it took the next day before it was comfortable for us.

Overall nice facility in convenient location with friendly staff.

The sheer curtain that provides privacy when the room darkening curtain is pulled back was missing from the window in our room which faced the parking lot. Thus, we could not have natural light in the room without people who were coming and going in the parking lot being able to look into our room which was on the first floor. Also, our room was next to the elevator on the hallway leading to the pool and it was very noisy when operating, which was almost constant until later in the evening.

The location was perfect! Quiet place to relax and get a great nights sleep. The lobby was inviting with a coffee/tea bar available all day.

Would have liked the same lower rate for both Wednesday and Thursday nights. Not sure why Wednesday was $20 more for the night???

We were checked in by a most pleasant and super friendly woman named Jackie! We had wonderful personal service every morning at breakfast. Rachel took care of us Friday and Saturday and Jacky on Sunday morning. These ladies went above and beyond to make sure that we started our day with a smile!!

Location and had reasonably priced washer and dryer! We have stayed here before but this time was a much better experience.

The shampoo and conditioner were a little difficult to use with the larger bottles in the shower but we survived
