The location was perfect with lots of surface parking and a busy number of travelers. No problem getting into town (once you figure out their loop system) nor getting to out sites. Quincy Mines were NOT TO BE MISSED - very close by and tells the history of the area. We had a first floor room (I don't believe there was an elevator so perfect for us) with a view the water which was nice. The bridge is historic and iconic landmark! There is a limited breakfast that is well attended with basic staples of juice, waffles, breads, pastries, oatmeal, yogurt - ran out of hard boiled eggs our last day which was a bit of a disappointment. Pool looked great but not enough time to try it...but did tested the pool water and found it to be very warm with a whirlpool. Staff is friendly and helpful to make the most out of your trip. Restaurants in town were superior (no pun intended) !!!

Everything was as expected. The Ramada Mart on site could be better stocked with snack items but not a deal breaker for us. There is no restaurant or bar but the Small Craft is super and only about a 1/2 block away.

The room was super clean and beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of the water out our window. Able to open the window and get fresh air, which was nice for sleeping. The front desk was amazing: courteous and happy despite the fact she was doing it all! She laid out a great hot breakfast and coffee was always full. We don’t often stay at Ramada Inns but we will again due to our good experience.

The lounge upon entry could use an update. A bit dated. But the rooms were updated which was a plus.

This hotel met our expectations in every way. The facility was clean and well-kept, considering its age. Our room was adequately large, the beds were excellent and the shower and bath outstanding. Breakfast was a step up from most hotels in a similar price range. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. And we loved the location on the waterfront, just a couple of minutes form downtown Houghton.

We really have no complaints. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent waterfront location with a small pier across from Houghton-Hancock bridge, with easy access to both cities. Sauna, pool and hot tub open until midnight, though jacuzzi jets are not currently working. Tea/coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Standard hot breakfast available until 10.

Not a dealbreaker as overall clean beds and bathroom, but some of the corners of the room/closet could be cleaned more thoroughly.

Perfect spot, you are within 10 min from everything. Great view of the bridge. You are in the middle of the city but also you are secluded

Not much here to dislike maybe the atv store across the street was a little loud at times but it didn't bother me at all plus if you keep the windows shut it almost blocked all the sound

The staff was very friendly and followed through with our request to change our reservation from the second floor to the first -- good for seniors when there is no elevator. Breakfast was good, the usual fare. The price was a good value. We were on the side of the building which faced the water, which was nice and offered a view of Houghton. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was small -- a cute little soaking tub/shower; the toilet was also small and VERY low. Not good for seniors.

Nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Pool and spa seemed clean.

The front desk called our room at 11 pm to tell us there was a noise complaint. We had been in bed asleep for an hour by then. I did trip and fall in the room an hour earlier which could have been heard below us I guess, but that was at least an hour before the call. The call woke us all up and I was mad the entire night about it.

Comfortable bed. Bathroom nice. Large room. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room well lighted.

Room overlooked the parking lot. Breakfast was the best food that could be wrapped in cellophane. Location not easy to find and in Hancock, not lively Houghton, but I knew that in advance.

The location was convenient and being on the water was a bonus. The staff was very knowledgeable of the area and even assisted with cab information prior to check in, when I called. It was a wonderful stay and the staff was outstanding!

Lovely breakfast. The view of the water from our room was a nice bonus, as I booked at the last minute and didn't expect much. Everything was clean and in good repair. The location was near the bridge with easy access to both Houghton and Hancock businesses.

I knew up front there was no elevator, so didn't expect it.
