Nasty carpet stains in elevator … actually cheapened the hotel although stay was not cheap Breakfast area very tight if more than a couple people are trying to get something to eat at the same time.

Paige and Nate were awesome with helpful suggestions of what to do in the area, where to Rockhound, gave us maps, just absolutely wonderful people!!! Breakfast had tons of options and cookies and coffee always available. The pool and hot tub were great too!!

The room was clean and spacious. We were upgraded to a suite since the double-Queen rooms were all taken, though we didn't really need or use the extra space provided to us. Breakfast was excellent with it being hot and having good variety. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and something we enjoyed after a busy day of sight seeing.

From our experience, prices for any accommodations in this area are WAY overpriced for comparable sight-seeing areas in any other part of the U.S. One could call it a supply-demand issue, but as far as we could tell, not all accomodations were even filled in the area, and yet prices remained high. We enjoyed what we saw, but there are other parts of the U.S. we much prefer which can be visited at much lower prices as far as accomodations go.

The staff was friendly and it was clean.

The bathroom didn't have a good towel rack. They have pictures on the bathroom wall and they should have a good towel rack. There is no were to let your towel dry if you stay more then one day 🤨

This hotel property is in a very convenient location to the college that my son attends. The place was very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was well appointed and comfortable.

I didn't have a bad experience at all. The only complaint that I have was the concierge didn't tell us where the elevator was or when and where breakfast was.

Nice clean comfortable room with very comfortable mattresses, mini fridge and microwave. Quiet, the hotel is set back from the road so no road noise. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The free breakfast was really good and the changed the hot items every day.

Rooms could be a little larger but still where comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked and the staff was attentive.

At check-in, the desk clerk asked if we'd upgrade one of our rooms so that a couple with a pet could have one of the rooms we reserved. I agreed, but was surprised to have been charged for the upgrade.

The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly and respectful.

Parking is kind of confusing since the hotel is near a family fun business place and directions toward the hotel site kind as throw us off a little bit.

Very clean, comfortable, and good amenities. Pet friendly, with a great location.

On our second day, there was some computer snafu that made our weekend stay look like a one night stay. At least, that’s what we were told when my husband was intercepted and scolded coming in the front door of the hotel with our dog. He did this because his card no longer worked on the side door we had been using, because it had been cancelled. Would have been no big deal except the guy followed him to our door and was confrontational about it. It was booked well in advance as two nights, so idk…Friday night check-in gal was great and very friendly, as was the Sunday check-out ladies.
