The layout is great. I liked having the option of closing the door to the bedroom. If someone is napping, the other person can still use the kitchen and restroom .

They don’t have smart TVs so we couldn’t cast Netflix etc at night. If we had known that we would have stayed elsewhere. A recent injury kept me from participating in nighttime shows and venues away from the condo. We streamed movies on our iPhone. (Not fun) The pool is closed until 2026. HOWEVER they contacted us Several times to be sure we knew. I appreciated that.

So much space in our room and in general very nice and clean, great location, great views, the pool was so fun. I loved the texting to the property for any questions and I got very quick responses. That was super helpful.

I wiped the bathroom floor from some water that had spilled and my towel was BLACK. Clearly the floor doesn't get much cleaning. That was super gross to see. Also, no water bottles? Who drinks out of a sink these days? I didn't want to run to the store just to buy water bottles. Would have been nice to have had a vending machine for water or some in the room.

It was a very nice relaxing stay. Wish we had more time to truly enjoy the entire facility. What we were able to experience was very nice and we were given time to ourselves but still had stuff available to help with whatever was needed. Given there were a variety of buildings, I loved that I was able to text the facility questions.

Signage to find the buildings. I know there was construction going on, but we had a difficult time finding the Lodge itself when we arrived in the dark, and then we needed to travel to a different facility.

Great vaction spot to spend tine with the family. Filled with amazing attractions nearby and dont let me get started on the view!! Breath taking. The 3bd rm villas is every vaca dream.

Just time time i checked in and one of the rooms wasnt cleaned up. And we had to do it ourselfs

We were a church (families) group. Some had 1bed/1 bath/"rooms", others had 2/2 and 3/2. Everyone was very pleased with their accommodations. Exceeded our expectations.

No complaints. The pool was out of commission, but they called me twice to let us know in advance and were very accommodating. It didn't turn out to be a big deal, because we stayed so busy with all the things to do in Branson.

Beautiful property. Location was great for us out of the business of town but close enough to get to were we needed in 15-20 min. Indoor/outdoor pool was awesome! Slide and the outdoor hot tub was bonus. Lots of extra activities for families and the kids.

Would have liked a bar or restaurant on property but was able to order from local establishments without having to leave.

It was a nice and quiet spot that felt set back and out of the way while at the same time being only a few minutes from everything we wanted to do in Branson, I think the longest drive was about 30 minutes. The Villa was clean and very nice with a modern cabin feel. The fireplaces in the living room and bedroom were great to have in the chilly mornings and nights. We loved the huge shower and tub. Staff was very polite.

Our only complaint is that the WiFi was not working the entire week we were there and this was bad only because my husband had to bring a work laptop with him to check on things every morning and afternoon for his company and we had to use our personal hotspots on our phones for him to do this which was a come and go for signal. We had asked the staff several times about the issue only to get told they had no idea what was going on and they were sorry for the inconvenience.

This location has no restaurant at the property, but the area is very welcoming for people travelling with kids or just wanting to go rest and enjoy a quiet time. Bring your own food. We loved the activity area, it's engaging with fun games and is cool to chill with the kids.

Check in office is under construction, if you arrive especially at night you will get the notion of a cheap motel somewhere in the village. You will then Realize property is cool.. compared with others in the area. First impression may throw you off big time!

Villa was wonderful!!! Comfortable bed, great balcony view. I stayed in Cedar.Great view of the fountain and beautiful at night how it lit up. Staff was friendly. Had to wait for my room to be done it was after 4pm but by the time I got my parking pass headed to the car was about to leave they called said my room was ready so I walked right back in. Villa was clean was fully stocked. Very comfortable and relaxing. Thank you

Not a negative but needed to get dish soap/dishwasher pods. If you want to do laundry would have to supply. I personally didn't do any washing but a small thing of dish soap would have been helpful or mentioned somewhere that you would need to supply those things though everything else is supplied.
