I gave this a high score based on my expectation for a budget hotel. As such, it met or even exceeded my expectations. They are gradually doing some renovations, and after I said I didn't have pets and didn't smoke, the night clerk assigned me to a recently renovated room which was wonderful. I can't speak for other people's experiences, and i didn't expect breakfast or ice machines... i didn't pay much attention to that. There was a working refrigerator and microwave in the room. Bathroom was clean. I was looking for a place to sleep for the night, and good enough wifi so i could make a video call with someone related to school/work.

I have stayed here several times and always found it comfortable, the location is excellent for the fair. Lack of elevator is an issue so I avoid the third floor.

This location way more than exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the rooms for sure. The price for these rooms are very affordable as well. This will for sure always be my pick when staying in the area!

The staff was friendly and all, you just felt an inconvenience.
