The lady who abruptly closed the breakfast room promptly at 9 Unlike the lovely dark hair lady we had most mornings, who was so welcoming and helpful . I'm an early riser, so it's not about me, but I observed a couple with a small baby,being turned away sharply at 9. Customer service is everything in your business Perhaps towels could be changed every two days, just a suggestion.

Breakfast was good, host was a little slow keeping sausage stocked. But food was good . Room was good, spent the night before at Comfort inn in Richland Washington. Was woke up by a couple coming into our room !! They had a key that opened our door and had been told that was their room. Complained at front desk,,, clerk in the morning was not very sympathetic. !!! Almost didnt stay at another Comfort Inn, Would like to let management know at Richland , but cannot find contact info for anyone that cares !

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling. Even though the hotel was located right next to the highway, the room was quiet. I was traveling with a dog and was pleased to see a clean potty area with lush green grass. When I first arrived my room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The staff were very nice and gave me a different room.

All good for me.

I loved the variety. I love both hot and cold options. I'm not a fan of "continential" breakfasts and was happy to see hot choices. I enjoyed the omlettes, bacon, yogurt, and a pear. It's always good to have fresh fruit on the breakfast menu. I was glad to see there were tea options and not just coffee as well. Though I didn't partake in the waffles, cereal, breads, or hard boiled eggs, I was glad they were available.

I wasn't sure if any of the bread was whole grain. It's hard to tell with wheat, because fortified wheat (a.k.a. not whole grain) still looks brown. It would be nice if there was a whole grain option to mark it.

The breakfast Assortment was good but the hotel was short-staffed and the breakfast ladies could not keep up with Supplying food or cleaning tables. It was 4th of July weekend and they were probably short-staffed and it was very very busy. The front desk staff was helpful and efficient, Parking was adequate, Room was clean and nicely appointed. I like when the toilet and shower are separated from the sink area by a door.

The breakfast restocking and cleaning of the area could have been much better but it was 4th of July weekend and it was extremely busy. However the food assortment was very good.

The person who checked us in when we arrived, which was quite late, was one of the most friendliest and helpful we've ever had in a hotel check in experience.

The hotel is laid out a bit unusual... can't get the luggage cart through the small 90 degree corner of the ramp without some effort. From the check in desk, the elevators were way down the hallway and through a double set of fire doors, without enough proper signage to tell you to keep going because it seemed so unreasonably long from the check in desk. These are all structural of course but it just seemed so odd.

I loved the 2 nd hidden hot tub. Was wonderful given the main one was full of children. Very quiet, clean motel . Will deff stay again.

Night desk clerk could have been a bit more nicer. Had to ask for pool towels in main pool area as they were all gone. Her response was they are in on the shelf. Informed her there were non but a lot of kids swimming that will need them. She stated well that a Maintenance thing so I will tell them. She sounded very annoyed like she didnt want to be bothered with my request.

Breakfast was the usual: orange juice, some kind of eggs, greasy sausage. Just fuel. One thing we liked was Butte had an excellent Irish Pub & eatery where we shared Shepherd's Pie. It was marvelous, and the iced tea was fresh. Good waitress and the atmosphere was superb. Busy place.

Levi was the employee that checked us in. Even though the phones were ringing and there were several people trying to check in, he was quick and courteous. We enjoyed our stay there.

The people next door left their large dogs at the motel and they barked nonstop for over an hour until we cqlled to make a complaint.

Location was good but parking was very difficult. I appreciated being able to keep our pet with us during our stay. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of foods. The bedding and pillows were perfect, lightweight and kept me warm all night.

The door near our room was not in service so were required to walk a fair distance to get to our room. The price of the room was quite pricey for the accommodations but it was during St. Patrick's Day. The rooms were quiet except the doors required a lot of force to get them to latch adequately.
