The breakfast was actually pretty decent therOne of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. While not extravagant, it was decent and offered a good variety to start the day. I appreciated the standard options like waffles, pastries, and hot coffee, all served fresh and well-maintained. It's always a plus to have a reliable breakfast on-site. What truly stood out and made our stay exceptionally comfortable, especially traveling with three girls, was the bathroom situation. Having two separate bathrooms, including one with a shower, was an absolute game-changere

My bathtub clogged and wouldn't drain but one phone call they came and fixed it

I honestly liked everything about our stay the family suite was very big and had a microwave mini fridge, coffee maker, sink and round counter/island table and bed in the front room the second bedroom had two beds desk and both rooms had tv that had voice remotes. Also 4 lamps through the whole suite it felt like a nice little apartment rather than a hotel room. EVERYTHING WAS IN WORKING CONDITION. Room was clean and beds were firm but comfortable. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpfull. Breakfast was very good and dinning room was clean and organized. The pool room was very spacious and water was clean and perfect temperature. A plus were the extra towels in pool room for when your done swimming. I would definitely stay again if ever in Omaha.

The room did have a few dings in the wall and minor damages but those are easily overlooked.

The staff was very polite and made you feel like it was important that you felt welcomed. The bar inside the hotel was a plus. Even though the bartender didn't know how to make certain drinks, he would look them up and give it a try just to make you happy. He was a sweetheart. All the guests of the hotel get a discount at the bar.

The first room they assigned us to was on the 6th floor, and it was bad. The entire floor smelled like a combination of smoke and mold. The room was very shabby. I wasn't expecting perfection because I knew the place was older and would probably need remodeling soon, but this room was unacceptable. We went down to request a refund, but that's when things picked up. The host asked for a chance for redemption. I was skeptical, but I gave him the opportunity. He reassigned us to the 8th floor, and this room was much better. After a 14-hour drive to get to NE, it was good to run into nice people. We stayed, and our stay wasn't perfect, but it was good.

Breakfast was delicious. I feel as if the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. We found a lot of items from previous guests left behind in the room. Along the grout of the tub was pretty gunky. But overall, it was a relaxing place, even with nebkon taking place- it was relatively quiet. They kept the hotel grounds free of trash too! Location was a bit odd and a tad sketchy, but it was still quiet even with constant flow of traffic. I was super hoping for a hot tub, but they didn't have one. The pool is more for older kids, which was a bummer. They have a super cute bar area that is AMAZING. Staff was very catering as well. Minus the fact that room service didn't knock and just walked right in... That was an odd experience. Overall, I would recommend this place. It's close to a lot of good tourist attractions. Budget friendly for sure. Decent rooms and services even with kids!

Staff was very polite; room was very clean and comfortable. We needed a handicap accessible room, but none were available. He did put us close to the elevator since mom is elderly and walks with a walker.

It was a decent hotel, rooms were a good size, staff was nice, pool was big and not over crowded, breakfast was good with a decent amount offered, beds were clean, bathrooms needed some more cleaning as we found stuff and hair on towels but we brought our own so we just tossed them in the dirty pile, the carpets could use some cleaning but at the same time it's a hotel that many people stay at so I can look past the stains

The elevators were fast but only 2 were working, one would open up on floors that had no one there, my room was right by the elevator and since it opened all the time without people there it would ding a lot

I really like the size of our suite. It was big and really clean. had 1 1/2 bathrooms. Super spacious.

I didnt like that our floor didnt have a vending machine on it. The other hotels that I stay at usually have a vending machine on each floor. I also didnt like that they didn't provide extra blankets for the sofa bed.

The suite room was a good size and had a kitchenette. I appreciated the privacy door that separated the two rooms. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the hotel breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, I forgot my dental partial in the room. However, the manager, Mario, went out of his way to locate it and mail it back to me in my hometown. His hands-on service deserves a 100-star rating!

It was close to 9:00 am. The breakfast staff was pulling off food when there were guests in line for the waffles. I thought it was very rude as the waffle maker takes time to cook. The staff would not let the guests that were in line make their waffles.

Beautiful building; going through some maintenance challenges.

One of the bar keepers seemingly had no interest in attending to tables. The other one was very kind and attentive to my requests. Fortunately I finally got noticed after 20 minutes of waiting (but had to go up to the bar to get their attention).
