The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff continued to bring out additional food so there was plenty and good options, hot and cold. There was enough parking. Staff was polite. There were ice machines on each floor. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked clean, just a little small.

The bathroom door pulled shut constantly, we had to prop it open to release the steam from showers (no fan for exhaust). It was a very heavy door and squeaked so loudly that it woke up others no matter what. Needed some WD40! The bathroom is all in one room, so only one could use it at a time (sometimes hotels have a sink area separate so someone could use that area for hair drying or makeup. We needed a little more counter space for one adult and 2 teenagers. The shower curtain needed to be 2 inches longer so that it would stay in the tub and not get the floor wet. Showerhead water flow was weak. The tv remote was a little dirty. Nothing important to complain about, just some little things that could easily be remedied.

I've stayed here before and came back again since it is a safe, clean, and reliable location. I like that it's a little tucked away from the main road, which helps lower traffic noise. Breakfast is great and checking out was super simple. Parking is safe and right outside the building, which is a huge plus. I also like that there are multiple restaurants and business within an short driving distance from the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was a plus: very convenient, and lots of options.

There was a slight hiccup with the check-in process. The keys I was given to my assigned room did not work (the light on the door would not light up or react in anyway). I was given a second set of keys, only to have the same issue. When I came back down yet again, I was assigned a different room on a different floor and thankfully they finally worked. Staff was helpful throughout, and so I hope they're able to get that issue fixed since otherwise everything else was fine.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Location is great, and felt safe as a solo traveler. It's tucked away from the main road, which helped make for a quiet stay. Parking right out front and around the building which was easy to navigate. Room was great! Everything I needed: comfy bed, good shower pressure. Breakfast was well stocked, attended to, and quite good!

My only issue was that the room fridge was quite cold enough. As someone traveling alone and for multiple days, I bring food with me to keep costs down. I was ok with my ice packs not re-freezing, but I was a bit worried about the rest of my food not keeping well afterwards. (I didn't notice this issue until the morning when I was checking out. Otherwise it was a great stay!!)

Comfortable beds, always clean and cozy, and the staff is amazing! Location was good. I like it being tucked in the back, very quiet. This is my 2nd time staying here and will be making this my go-to stay for when I have to travel to Omaha once a month.

I only have one flaw. I really do wish the shower would have gotten hot. It was quite cold and I had wished it would have gotten hot after a long 8hr drive.

The breakfast was exceptional, lots of choices and all of them good. What really made the stay fantastic was the desk clerk, Victoria! Super friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfect for my wife who has some mobility issues. If she isn’t in management and/or being paid a great salary that should be rectified before someone steals her away from you. The best front desk person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! And no, she didn’t bribe me to say these things nor is she a relative, she is seriously that good!😁 I would hire her in a heartbeat if I needed an employee.

It was warm, comfortable, and just a mile from my medical appointment. My usual disappointment with hotels these days is that the room is always freezing and they always give you a comfortable as thick as 1 ply toilet paper. I enjoyed getting a warm and comfortable good nights rest with some thicker blankets and a clean room. The staff was also friendly :)

I loved the location, being in Central Omaha. The facilities were comfortable and up to date and the staff friendly. Our kids enjoyed using the pool. There was a nice, hot breakfast.

We sat in the pool area for a while as the kids swam. The chlorine level was so strong that it bothered those of us swimming and those who weren’t. It shortened our swim time a little. It seemed like they were short-staffed, too.

It was very very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, bed comfortable, TV was big and a lot of channels...

The location really wasn't close walking distance to anywhere....by looking in Google map, it looked like it but is not. That being said, it is very easy to drive around. But if you don't have transportation, not the best. The pool area could be a little more appealing.

Good value, clean comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast.

There was a horde of unsupervised middle school aged boys taking over the lobby the entire time we were there. They were playing video games in the “business canter” and were so loud. I kept waiting for staff to take care of the situation…

I just needed a room for the night as I was traveling across the country. I booked the room at the last minute and was happy with my selection. The hotel appeared clean on first impressions and I was happy that the room was fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I had a very good night's sleep which was much needed. The breakfast was basic but very good. I would stay again.
