The staff was nice, and the room was clean, and I enjoyed the maid to order breakfast

The room wasn't as nice as we had when we were here last week. There was a problem with the shower head adjuster coming off, but I was able to use the shower anyway. The bathtub needs to be resurfaced or replaced because of extreme wear. It looked like a bathroom in a cheap hotel. Another small issue that I would have not been unaware of had I not stayed in another room was the most recent room didn't have a quiet close toilet seat where it did last wemek.

We enjoyed the happy hour offering of snacks and drinks. My family appreciated the space to gather in the lobby with extended family members whom we were visiting.

We wish that guests at the hotel were not charged for parking. In an area of town where there is ample room for parking (contrary to a downtown setting), it didn't seem reasonable that our room rate did not include a parking space.

All good, great value for short and long stay, cool morning chef at breakfast , very humble and attentive , besides he serves 900 people every morning he still asks of allergies and ingredients and favors.

Pool was dirty, wasn’t able to use

The breakfast was awesome. The gentleman that made my omelet and the staff that cleaned up after my mess was exceptional. I appreciate great service and that's what was provided.

I was a little disappointed that parking was an extra charge. It should be included with the price of the room or discounted if you don't have a vehicle. It just felt like a hidden charge that we will get you with once you arrive.

Room was a great size, lots of space to spread out and get ready. It was close to several restaurants, some you could walk to! The pool was nice and breakfast was good. Loved the happy hour at night!

The hotel desk clerks could have been more hospitable and friendly. I did not appreciate that I had to pay for parking or that additional fees were added to my overnight stay for each guest as it should have been for one room.

it was clean, bright and the breakfast was amazing. Room was large clean and comfortable.

The lady at the desk was just talking to a lady for 15 minutes while a bunch of people were waiting. She was not checking in or anything just chatting.

The carpet in rooms needs a deep, clean lots of stains and didn't really want to walk on them barefoot.

Usually a good breakfast, but not anymore, stop using liquid eggs for omelette bar. Use real eggs. I can get liquid eggs at cheaper hotels.

Close to all attractions of Omaha. Very clean, good size pool, and the breakfast was amazing with great options for everyone. Even a make to order chef!

The big green lights right outside the bedroom window. Very hard to sleep with that coming through, as hard as I tried to adjust the curtains..
