Friendly and helpful staff and breakfast.

Booking.com and the hotel some how overlooked this booking and "couldn't find my reservation". GM Katie re made my reservation under their own system (I added an additional room). I got charged for my two rooms PLUS this room that got overlooked. I'm awaiting a 100% refund PLUS an inconvenience fee of 20% on top of that for this original booking because someone, somewhere did not see my reservation.

Clean and well kept rooms. I arrived late around 130/2am when driving home from Arizona. The staff member that checked my daughter and I in and out was great! very polite, inviting and informative!! I stayed at a few different hotels along the way, and employees matter! Check out on the tv was a plus!

I was only there to sleep and shower before heading on the road. Didn’t not have a chance to use amenities, but areas looked well kept and clean.

Breakfast was good. I had the western omelet and cheese omelet with turkey sausage during the weekend. On Saturday I had biscuits which were delicious. Muffins, danish, bagels,cereal,pancakes, banana, apples,oranges, were also available.

It would have been nice to have cream cheese available for bagels.

It was clean and very comfortable. The morning staff (lady at front desk) was very friendly and outgoing! Great breakfast.

Young man at desk to check us in was not real friendly. You could tell he didn't like his job very much. We seemed to be an unwanted interruption for him.

Didnt eat the breakfast wasn't sure of location of the free breakfast not sure what else to put here just filling space honestly

Great hotel. Perfect location. Freindly staff. Very clean.

The pool was closed the first few days we were there. I think it required some repair. Other than the kids being disappointed about not getting to swim, our stay was great!

We arrived late and the gal that checked us in was so kind. The room was very spacious and very clean. I LOVED the down pillows. Breakfast had a lot of choices, and was delicious.

I love a soft bed, but these beds were more on the firm side. Upon check out, I handed the gentleman my keys and he looked at me and pointed to a basket. I guess that was my hint they go there. I asked about an additional $25 charge on my card but not on the reciept and he said to call on a different day when his manager was there. Definitely not the kind of representation wanted for customer service.

The breakfast was good. Crispy bacon and sausage plus omelets & eggs. There were other choices, also

The hotel is starting to look worn. There were carpet stains and some of the grout in the shower needed to be replaced.

Appreciated that there were different option each morning. The kitchen staff/servers were very accommodating.

Very nice staff excellent breakfast. I liked the complimentry drinks in the evening after driving 6 hours to get there it was a nice relaxing treat. Rooms very clean and comfy
