Everything! We had an unexpected issue and had to have a room for me and my 2 daughters and our kitty. We had a short amount of time and on the 6th hour of constant emails and phone calls I finally found this property. Rather than send a message I called and spoke with the front desk and confirmed what I needed to and we got the room. They were so helpful in such a chaotic moment for us and I appreciate that so much. I’m in a lovely place and my kids and I are safe.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like. You have absolutely everything we need.

We loved the spaciousness of the rooms in our suite but did not like the fact that my Mother in Law had to have an entire suite for herself. Over booking of rooms is not convenient for the people that WANT a specific space for a specific reason. Also, I was charged 2 separate pet fees, one for each suite. Our dog did not stay in the second suite and to be charged 200 dollars is excessive.

I liked the room Setup. Had a little kitchen with fridge and freezer. A stove top and oven, a microwave, dish washer, sink. Had 2 seperate bedrooms with doors, nice closets and tv. Nice bathroom. Had a family/ living room with table and chairs, a couch and arm chair and tv.

The room was excellent, we had lots of room it was like an apartment. Pool was great. We used the grill and it was awesome. We had family over to celebrate a birthday and it was the perfect place with plenty of room. We asked for a late checkout and staff was great with it.

We had issues with our toilet flushing but they came in the next morning and fixed it for us.

The facility was clean and there were plenty of staff members to help with any needs.. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly!

King suite - compact, but comfortable

1 towel did not look clean. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Noisy barking dog (room nearby) & noisy small kids (next door)

We went for the triple crown slump buster our hotel was within 10-15 of all the fields we played at and close to anything we wanted to do

They gave us a big discount due to problems the first night we were there! The next two nights went great!! I appreciate the staff and the manager making it all right!!

Breakfast not bad. Rooms very clean and front desk helpful. Pool clean and fresh towels. Room was very clean a little tight if using the pull out bed.

Loved the spaciousness of the suite.

The breakfast was not the greatest, waffle machine broken, and ran out of eggs and not replaced in a timely manner.
