Location was great! Plenty of shopping and places to eat near by! Hotel was really clean and the pool was huge and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices! Beds ere super comfortable also! The lady who checked us in was very nice and friendly and so is the property manager!

The lady at check out was not friendly at all. She looked younger maybe mid 20s and when I walked up to the desk I wasn’t greeted at all she just looked at me so I told her I was returning my keys to check out. She took the keys, never asked how my stay was or if I needed anything or had any questions, she just asked how I would like my receipt.. that was literally it!!! I told her to email me and said thank you and she didn’t say anything back at all just watched me walk away.. very odd and rude!

The flimsy paper plates and plastic ware at breakfast. Real silverware, and you wouldn't need real plates, but a good sturdy paper plate would help immensely. The 3 star hotel breakfast are all typically the same, but when you do the barely little extras, it makes a difference in our hotel choice as we travel 1-2 times a month and an average of 30-40 nights a year. There are 3 stars that do real silverware, plates, coffee cups, multiple protein choices on different mornings, pastries, and we tend to gravitate towards those.

Property under renovation. Glad you are maintaining it. I stayed in a renovated room. Very nicely appointed but paint and plaster overspray and splatter on ceilng walls and floor. Drywall putty on back of bathroom door. Not a horrible job, maybe a B intead of A+. You need to make your contractor live up to Hilton standards. Not a complaint...just an observation. Thank you.

This facility exceeded all our expectations and was a great value for the price. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices. They have 24/7 coffee tea hot cocoa etc. We did not use the pool but it looked like adults and children are like we're enjoying it. The staff were great.

I like the location of the hotel. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast person was very helpful and nice. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere was great!

The toilets could be a little taller. Other than that, the room was great!

The newly renovated section we were in was exceptional. The breakfast and the man organizing it was outstanding.

Next time I will get a room on the other side of the property. Highway noise

Breakfast was very limited. They ran out of a lot of choices before breakfast was over.

The breakfast chef Dennis was awesome. My 8 yr old had been talking about bavon at breakfast since we checked in. When we arrived to the dining room the was no bacon on that day, but nevertheless Dennis made him some bacon, and brought him more when he finished off the first plate 😁. Plus the other food avaliable was delicious. It made the extra $30 over a cheap hotel worth it. He also gave us some info on things to do in Omaha and he was right, we had a blast.

It was easy to get to as it was near the main road of town, Dodge Rd. Therefore it was easy to find our way around from there. The room was clean and updated. The breakfast was very good, and the gentleman in that area was so friendly and helpful and accomodating. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, especially the young gentleman on the afternoon shift. He was super!
