We stayed here twice: once on the way out on our trip, and once on the way back. The staff is very nice, and the room was wonderful! My partner also liked the breakfast (there wasn't much I could eat due to dietary restrictions, but I didn't expect anything and always bring my own food). They let me use the toaster for my own bagel, and they ACTUALLY refunded our deposit as promised, in a timely manner. So many hotels don't do this. Kudos for them for having some honor and doing what they said they would (we had a pet, so they do a deposit in case of pet messes. Our dog didn't leave any messes, thus we got our deposit back).

First night the room was a bit stale, but we turned on the a/c and the smell went away. The second time, everything was fine. No smell. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. It's an older structure, and the windows are sealed, so it's probably hard to air out. Again, the moment we cooled things down, everything was fine.

The room, the lounge area, clean bathroom, hot water (not like some of the reviews), quiet, the concession area, the staff, the central location for what we needed, the pool, the exercise equipment room.

Not hotel's fault, but construction near hotel made getting to it difficult. A few things in the room did not work (tp dispenser broken, room phone, ac hard to regulate,) but nothing critical. Breakfast was mediocre. No protein options. Bring your own breakfast unless you eat a lot of carbs

Clean, good value, excellent customer service

The room and service was fantastic but the complimentary breakfast was not very good, the hard boiled eggs had never been put in cold water after cooking so they were impossible to peel and overcooked, the waffle machine was so dirty that even with the pan release spray you had to scrape each individual waffle cell out of the machine. Other than breakfast our stay was great. We also had no hot water in our room when we went to take a shower

I liked how fancy it looked and well kept. The staff was very nice and I loved that the pool was heated. Wish we would have had a smoking area by the pool but it was nice.

I didn’t like the fact that that we had to use the second elevator to get to our floor . And also didn’t like having to go to the 1st floor to get ice and another thing if I go out one door I should be able to get back In to the building from the same door with my key but we were made to go in the front door .

It was a safe place I felt comfortable about my car packed full of my stuff cause I’m traveling the front desk gentleman was very welcoming and efficient.

Welll I couldn’t control the air conditioner temperature you could only turn it on or off so the room was hot all night and there were a bunch of dirty towels in the closet maybe the maids didn’t check the closet while cleaning up sanding know.?

The room and its size, pool, gym and etc were pretty good! Breakfast was OK, but not great, but definitely good value for money. They also have a minimarket with fair prices.

It seems on some parts of the hotel they are trying to save money, and a lot of lights are off. It is a big hotel, and it just has a bad look, specially right after the lobby, where many lights are off. Nothing too concerning, although it'd be great to adjust that.

Check in and checking out was fast and easy. Staff was courteous and friendly. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Will stay here when we come to Omaha if available.

There were no cups for either water or coffee and only 1 washcloth and 1 bath towel. Not a problem just inconvenient when there were 3 adults staying in the room.

I liked location, staff was very friendly. Felt very safe. Pool was nice and warm. Good value for the money.

I would like a little more at breakfast, maybe eggs, or a meat. Or biscuits and gravy. I have allergies to feathers and requested no feathers in room, one of the pillows had feathers.

I liked the views around the hotel.

Upon arriving to my room I noticed the curtains were completely broken but the lady at the front desk was nice and apologetic and got me switched to a different room, however, the coffee maker didn't work in the room there weren't many towels and it was pretty dirty.

Angelina at the front desk was super helpful and very sweet! The rooms are clean and my stay was comfortable. I will be staying here when I visit Nebraska in the future!

The juices for the breakfast are extremely watered down but that’s the only thing that we didn’t like.
