The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean

Nothing against the hotel … we were gonna vacation here for a week but ended up leaving 4 days early because thumper above us was walking so hard it made it difficult to sleep. There was a door below us that slammed hard every time someone used it to either go outside or back up stairs .

Breakfast was wonderful! Every day there were various options consistent with what you'd typically find at a hotel breakfast. The staff was very kind and personable. The rooms were clean & spacious.

There was no ice machine which was a bummer, but we were able to fill our water bottles with water from the pop machine & whatever ice was in there at the time.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. I appreciate the spaciousness and the separation between the sleeping area and living area.

Honestly, everything was great. The doors between the sleeping area and living area were a little difficult to close and made more noise, but honestly, such a minor thing and not a worry.

Great comfy rooms with enough space for my family. Loved kitchen facilities in room and bed was great. Used pull out couch too and was nice to have. Front desk staff went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staff also worked their tails off, well done. Would totally stay here again.

Nothing, really

Accommodations were clean, spacious, and met our needs. The staff was professional, kind and helpful with one exception of the problem when we checked in. The location was great. We took several walks from the hotel to nearby shops, restaurants and just to sight see in the immediate neighborhood. The location was convenient to highways making travel to and from the hotel easy.

Be very cautious when checking in, especially in the evening. Front desk staff member was in a hurry to check us in. As a result, we were charged twice. Although the hotel cancelled one of the transactions, it took 3 full business days for the money to be returned to our account.

We had our grand dog with us and he needed to go out in the middle of the night. I took him out back off the patio but. Plus get back in. My card wouldn’t work. There is only one door that works off patio at night and I could t find it. Night front desk heard me knocking. Just be sure guest with dogs know that.

The room was nice. We had a one bedroom suite with a living room & kitchen. Looks just like the pictures. Breakfast was excellent, front desk staff is excellent. Close to lots of restaurant options.

We used the pullout sofa and the additional linens provided were pretty worn and stiff.

The staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious with great furnishings.

The door to our room seemed to be stuck and was very hard to open. At breakfast they repeatedly ran out of plates, making it a little difficult to get food.

Staff was great! Room was great! It was in great condition. Breakfast was great as well. Overall great experience and I will definitely stay there again!

Would like to have ice machines on the floor instead of having to go downstairs to get it.

Friendly staff, clean quiet room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, range, microwave, and good location. Felt more like a vacation studio rental then a plain hotel room. So nice we didn't want to leave.

We could not find a single negative detail to criticize.
