The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful.

The room we had was in a bad location for the building, it was noises at night. you could hear the fans on the roof outside our window most the time, it caused a vibration to the room when they were running. Next time ill be sure to request a room that faces the front of the hotel.

clean and a great location. if you want to enjoy Alsatian village it is perfect. it was winter when we were there and they had coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby. they even had marshmallows for the coco. the bar area looked great. the parking garage attached to it is FREE and leads directly into the lobby.

it was a bit of a walk from the elevator to our room. not the hotels fault but the few hundred foot walk to our room wasn’t fun some nights. lol. there may have been some beverages involved that helped it be a little more annoying.

I did not like that our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. I have young kids and I enjoy coming back to a clean hotel room after being out all day, so that was disappointing.

The location was great and most staff was attentive and nice.

Our room still had a few small trash items on the floor throughout the room from previous guests. Wait staff in restaurant was not very welcoming in their greeting or conversation. Food arrived for adults 10+ minutes before food came for our child.

It'd be better if front desk can help to exchange the coin (for laundry machine). No drinking water provided.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was great. We actually got to see a band just within walking distance. Also liked the extra room away from the bed because I usually wake up earlier than my husband.

The location is perfect. Right off the interstate. Within distance of the arena and other attractions. Staff was very nice. Hotel is beautiful.

Great place to crash. Comfy bed and clean room. Great walking distance to cafes and restaurants, and even a Sunday farmer's market! Felt like I experienced a big presence of Omaha in just a short stay

practicality of fixtures and location of amenities, (Someone has the experience to know this.) Fast response from employees when I needed help, twice. Excellent service for our party at the large table by the bar. There were at least 10 of us and the bartender took great care of us.

I'll have to get back to you on that, can't think of a bad thing for the four days I was there.

Location, free parking, quiet

No outlets by mirror to get ready. Only mirror with outlets was in bathroom. Could have easily been done as the wall is directly opposite of frig/microwave.
