PM male desk clerk was amazing. He was dealing with a complaint and handling it like a champ. If you like a firm bed, you're in luck. Finally, a hotel with full-size pillows!!! The room was huge and clean. Quality bathroom toiletries and make-up wipes. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. I noticed the pancake maker was out of order.

I would check here before staying here to see if the hot tub is working. That is the only reason I booked here. I was not told it was out of order upon check-in. I did not see the sign on the door either because other people were entering ahead of us. You need to put a sign on the timer and the hot tub rules sign. You may not want to stay here if there is an event next for at the arena. There was a couple asking to be moved because there were kids running around in the room above them. Our room was quiet. Breakfast tables were dirty. The pool area was very slippery.

There was a College baseball event during our stay & the price was astronomical! I hate to be gouged by businesses that use that time to make there annual income over a few days! $1273.00 for 4 nights! My family & I were there for a Memorial service & burial of our mother. Also, A full hotel with one elevator! The property needs to be upgraded too.

The location was ideal considering it was right next to my event arena I was attending. Loved the variety of TV channels, beds and pillows were comfy and the room appeared clean.

I didn't like the fact that the curtains didn't close all the way, the light by the TV wouldn't turn off unless the TV turned off, I placed a wake-up call that never came, and there were not any charging ports for charging phones, etc. There also wasn't a plug in near the desk or bed to plug in my laptop. I could only charge it by putting it in the chair and moving the light plug in order to plug in my laptop.

Price, Location for my travel and its always clean every time i have stayed there

more options in vending machine for a quick snack/bite in hotel..honestly there are restaurants m/gas stations around but was lazy too walk. Overall good stay, im just being nitpicky 10/10

I was there for four nights I put my do not disturb sign out and not once did have a housekeeper knock on my door. There was always someone at the desk or nearby every time I entered or exited the building 😊! That was awesome

The hotel stay was wonderful, friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was very tasty.

The only complaints I have, is that the pool could have been warmer and there was a funky smell in my room when the ac unit turned on.

When checked in the host was very nice,Apologies for the wait,Had an issue with a customer before me.Very clean.

I thought you should of had a senior rate,And it was a little pricey for over nite,Haven't got my deposit back on card as of yet.But would stay again

It’s centrally located in a great area. Clean on the outside as well as the inside of the hotel.

The cooking and cleaning staff were really friendly. The hosts were ok but weren’t available at the front desk. Especially on Saturday the 15th. Some of the customers had left because they were tired of waiting on a host.

It was slow in the breakfast room but the breakfast items were not kept stocked and pancake machine did not work. Never saw anyone at desk or in breakfast area to help.

Good location to the arena next door. Everything was in walking distance. Keno and a bar. Then a Mexican restaurant. Everything was clean, bed were comfortable. Overall a very nice stay for the weekend. We enjoyed the show next door and good food!!
