Our room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The service at the front desk was wonderful. I loved that there was fresh cut pineapple served with breakfast and that coffee was available at all times. The hotel is 5 minutes from all sorts of activities and sites to see and there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.

The breakfast was not good. The biscuits felt like they came out of a freezer bag and only thawed out just before serving, the sausage gravy was soup and not fit to eat. The "omlettes" were fake eggs smeared with some sort of cheese spread that probably shouldn't have been consumed. I'm not sure what the sausage patties were made from but they also were not edible... I would recommend checking out one of the local restaurants if you want breakfast.

I think this Best Western is the best hotel that you will find to get the actual value of the price you pay. The pictures show exactly what you are getting. Its clean and comfortable. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only downside is there isn't an elevator but I've heard they will make accommodations for the 1st floor if needed. On our first stay there, I said the water fluctuated during our showers but during this stay we had no issues!

The rooms were nice and clean plus the keys were tap open. No more slot key locks which is easier when you have your hands full.The shower was hot. The ac went down to 61 which 2 old ladies that spent all day walking the Omaha Zoo LOVED. The pool area was a shock. Carpeting with couch and chairs with personnel chatting areas. The water was heated but not hot. It's just warm enough to walk in comfortably yet cool enough to enjoy. The breakfast area was nice and comfortable with tables, coaches, and chatting areas. Offered eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, waffles, and the usual hotel menu. The lady behind the breakfast counter was pleasant.

--This is a very nice facility! Not `sure why it hasn't gotten "PLUS" status with Best Western, because this is a very large and clean property, with conference rooms, a nicely appointed lobby, and a huge indoor pool area. Sizable room with very nice bed. I got a great deal the night I stayed!

Reception in the evening was a bit unprofessional, though it was largely because the "computer system was down." Bring your earplugs, as this property is right next to one of the biggest train depots in the U.S.

The front desk staff was great . Had no issues upon check in . Breakfast was good .

Room was a bit crowded - table & chairs were in an awkward place . Toilet was too low for me - I am disabled and the low toilets are hard for me to use . I have to use a walker due to mobility issues & breakfast /front desk was a long walk from our room . We were there for 5 nights & I had to ask for more toilet tissue .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this motel, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Fit's a hidden gem for those seeking a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay. First and foremost, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure my check-in was smooth and that I had everything I needed during my stay. The level of customer service I received was above and beyond what I expected. The room itself was clean and cozy. One of the highlights of this motel is its location. It's conveniently situated near various dining options and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the parking was free, which is always a plus. Breakfast was damn good with plenty of options.

Room was nice, clean, and updated. Good value for <$90! If you're wife is a snob, then she will look for something to complain about and she could probably find something. If she is easy going and mindful of money, as she should be, then she'll have no problem here.

Breakfast ended at 9am. My experience, most places are open to 10am.

This place is clean right back into the corners. Comfy bed Hard floors Quiet Good breakfast 😋 Breakfast had a full time attendant, it was like having your mom there taking care of you. Friendly and professional staff.

The pool area is undergoing renovations and was closed, I asked for a discount and got it! TV had to be turned on on the set itself, the button is behind the lower left corner of the TV set. Change channels on the remote: ‘ Guide ’ > ‘ pg up ’ > ‘ \/ ‘ (down arrow) > center ‘ • ‘ (enter)

Easy access right off interstate. Very clean throughout. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The hallways were kind of hot but the rooms were quickly cooled and very comfortable! The pool area was not only beautiful but also so clean! Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area! Oh and the breakfast was great! Always fully stocked and fresh! The attendant was so sweet and accommodating to the baby!

Nothing could have been better!

This was the first time we traveled with a trailer since we moved some things from one house to another. The main reason why we booked this hotel was for its oversized parking. It can easily accommodate a minivan with a trailer. I saw not far away in the same parking also an 18 wheeler, so definitely they can accommodate this too. The hotel was clean, and the room was tranquil. We had a view of the pool, which is of a decent size. We did not try the pool, but the size is pretty big, and it is indoors. The breakfast was appreciated. They had omelets, sausages, fries, waffles, sweet yogurt, bagels, butter, and cheese. The location is close to the highway, and the area is good and feels safe. The receptionists were nice and amicable.
