Rooms are exactly as shown in the photos—comfortable, clean, and pleasant. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. 15 min drive from the Omaha centre. There are a few restaurants and a Walmart within close driving distance.

The air conditioning unit was a bit older, but it worked well. There was some minor noise from the nearby highway. The bathroom seemed slightly worn in my opinion, but it was still good.

I attended the CWS and with rooms going for $400 and up, this hotel was a steal. Short drive to downtown. I mainly used the room for showers & sleep. The staff were nice and in the end a stellar value for what I was in town for. The property was in midst of various repairs, but that didn't interfere with sleep or lodging.

Neatness. There was paint on the carpet and parking was a little limited. Updates to the property appear to be in progress, so I can't be too negative.

Modernized rooms. The staff was Great. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again. Hopefully the flooring will be done next time.

Floors were being done and smelled of cat urine in the hallways.

I was surprised how clean my room was dispite all the ridiculous and negative reviews, Everything was fresh looking, The staff was pleasant and I never heard any loud noises ,I like my stay.

I couldn't really think of anything I really did not like,Of course in a perfect world the pillows and the bed could of been a little softer.I was to busy enjoying spending time with my family to take pictures of my room.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were newly renovated. I assume the reno is a work in progress and keep up the good work!!!!

Pillows were not good and the lobby is definitely more run down.

Staff here is amazing. Very kind and helped me with all my needs. Hotel is clean and my room was pretty spacious.

The bed is great for firm bed sleepers. Im a soft bed sleeper. But its not to bad. The people I saw in and around the hotel made me feel as though this may be an unsafe area.

The room was new, clean and nice

The hallway smelled like dirty cat litter. The carpet was dirty and misplaced

I liked that it was very clean. Aside from the weird smell when you walk into the main door (like weed and cigs) it was clean. Staff was also very friendly and polite. Check in and out was simple and fast.

There was some profanity on the side of the tv encasement, curtain wasn’t fully attached, and our toilet was being stubborn with flushing. I also didn’t like that there was no microwave or fridge in our room. And breakfast would have been nice.

The staff was so super awesome, helpful, and friendly! The room was clean and cool!

It could've used a dresser or stuffed chair in it. Not very much counter top space for hygienes and what nots.. might also want to consider doing some kind of price discount for weekly and biweekly stays.

Wonderful Staff, clean room. Great place. the only problem I had was not actually the Motel 6 fault. the person in the room next to me seemed to need their TV on all night and they seemed to have a hearing problem because the volume was so high it disturbed my sleep.

Quieter Room would have been nicer but Other than that , great
