The location was great—central to all the places we planned to visit. The property itself was clean and updated, the staff were SO friendly and accommodating! We invited family to the hotel to let cousins swim together and grown-ups chat or play cards. The den (small room adjacent to the breakfast area) was available and perfect for us! I was surprised to find out that coffee, soda and hot cocoa would be available, complimentary, for us as well! We would definitely try to stay here again for future visits to Omaha.

I would love to see a hot tub here! Also (though this is being nit-picky), I would love if all lost and found items were kept at the front desk. The item we were missing may have been locked where only the manager could access, and since we were checking out before the manager was due to arrive, we could not find out if it was there. Thankfully, it was small and inexpensive.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and nice. Our room was perfect for what we needed for a family of 5.

Not really my complaint lol, but my son was disappointed there wasn't chocolate milk with breakfast.

I purchased the hotel stay as a wedding gift for my brother and his wife. The staff put chocolates in the room, gave a special room key and put up streamers. They were pleasantly surprised and I was very happy that the staff not only honored my request but made their stay extra special.

Spacious living area, wonderful amenities of home. They thought of just what you need for the kitchenette, bathroom. Could’ve been more happy with the whole experience. Wonderful breakfast without having to run to McDonalds.

If you had a group of 3 or 4 it was hard to sit together with a table. Tables could be moved, but they were very heavy. Microwave needed cleaning,

Description said room had a patio but we were on the 2nd floor and no such thing.

It’s very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly.

The bathtub is super slippery, it needs some kind of grip tape. My son hit his head multiple times because the tub was too slick.

Location was right next to my place of work so it was very convenient. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. I enjoyed having a fridge. I never got breakfast but there seemed like there were plenty of options.

I didn't know where the stairs were located and neither did the housekeeper I asked. There was also a strange banging noise that would happen every 15-30 minutes out of the bathroom area. It woke me up a few times. The shower pressure was way too hard.

It was clean and smelled fresh. This was supposed to be my and my husbands honeymoon, but he was I’ll and I had a family function to attend so I came solo.

The pool room was closed. Wish the website had mentioned that.
