I appreciated the clean, comfortable, amenities and contemporary ambiance, with staff who were friendly and accommodating. The sound reducing walls and efficient room darkening shades for privacy and quiet sleep are helpful. Loved the built in night light, the shower pressure, and fan switch in the bathroom too. The pool temperature was pleasant, as was the whole climate of the hotel space.

Improvements could include caffeine-free tea re-stocked and available for guests and our room tv being without the picture glitching.

Friendly staff. nice room. good breakfast. The bed was a little firm for my taste but I still slept well and my partner was very comfortable. AC worked perfect and that's important to this menopausal anti heat lover! :)

Wasn't a big deal but I had originally planned to bring my pets and wrote that in my comment section (to be placed near exit if possible) and then we changed our minds. When checking out I noticed a fee for animals. They hadn't even asked us at check in or had us sign anything. But the front desk lady took charges off quickly and kindly. She was very helpful! Very good experience.

Good location; clean; great breakfast.

When I checked in, my room temperature was 54 degrees and the thermostat was set on “cool”; the outside temperature was 20 degrees. The room located above us was quite noisy; they were clumping / walking around until 1am. The hotel charged me $8 above the quoted price on Booking.com and the people at the front desk couldn’t help me adjust the cost.

Very nice newer facility. I always look at carpets first and if they’re clean that tells me what the rest will be like. The bathroom was exceptional, and the beds were super comfy.

I was not real impressed with the morning breakfast. Yes, there was a variety, but the omelettes were kind of cardboardy. The coffee was great.

The breakfast was excellent with several good options. The two women at the front desk were exceptionally nice and helpful.

Our receipt showed $123 but our credit card amount was $173 - $50 dropped off the credit card amount after three days but this should have been explained up front. The shower was very nice but the shower door was very difficult to open.

Property was well maintained and very appealing! Well lit and plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly and treated their guests well!

You can see the hotel from the road, but the access is awkward.

The people were really nice and very helpful. When I had a question or needed their help, they responded right away. I had a problem with the receit and it was handled right away.

As a European the breakfast wasn't really for me. However I enjoyed a Yoghurt and some scrambled eggs with a glas of juice and it was ok. Furthermore, not really an issue, and again this might be the European in me talking. The fridge next to the reception had nearly everything except for water. But again, complaining on a very high level.

Bed was way to high and a challenge to get into for a handicapped room. Don't need that many platforms or you need to provide a step stool.

The cleanliness of the whole property was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and was very appreciated by my family.

Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast looked very clean and nicely prepared. Facilities seemed fairly new and updated. Everything functioned as it should. Would gladly stay there again.

Needs better seating in the room. The only chair had hardly any back on it so was terribly uncomfortable watching TV. There was plenty of room for better seating. Location of hotel is somewhat remote from restaurants etc. But a 5-15 minute drive will get you to those places.
