The room was super clean. The staff was amazing. I loved that the bed was not so high I couldn’t get into it. When we checked in the front desk agent showed us a map where our room was and explained where to park for the easiest access which is much appreciated since we are both handicapped also love that they honored our request for a roll in shower

The people right above our room had kids that stamped and ran in the room until very late at night and the second night we were there the woman in the room next to ours yelled and screamed at someone and banged the doors for most of the night. Not a problem the motel had really but there wasn’t much else we could find wrong with our stay. The property was kinda far from where we needed to be but again not the motel’s problem we could have chosen differently.

Very nice hotel, great value for the price. Beds were comfortable, the suite was nice and big for our large family. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. It's further from the zoo which was the reason for our trip, but worth the extra drive. Would def stay here again!

We needed towels and no one was at the front desk. We waited about 15 minutes and rang the bell. It was later in the evening time, about 9:30 pm. That is my only complaint.

From the employee's courtesy and kindness, to the clean and spacious room, to the breakfast...it was all enjoyable and we loved it! Would definitely be back again!

The pool door lock was broken, so the attendant needed to go around everytime we wanted to swim to open the door for us. It didn't bother us, but we felt bad that the attendant had to go out of their way whenever our kids wanted to swim.

I liked the offering of an indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was tasty, with many options, and I appreciated that the breakfast hours were early enough for those wishing to get back on the road again soon (not typical at all hotels on Sundays).

My youngest son really wanted to swim longer, but the pool area made it difficult for the chaperoning parent (who didn't wish to swim) to stay for any length of time. The room could use better ventilation for people who are there only to observe and supervise their children.

The location was great and the brewery right across the way was awesome! Our lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. She handled a few requests very promptly despite being the only worker. The breakfast was excellent and the choice of items were great! The beds were super comfortable and the room as very spacious for our family of 5!

The only thing that stunk was the pool was not open, but we appreciated the fact that they had it closed due to the chemicals being off.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was a nice size. I liked the handicapped accessible features in our room, and the staff was friendly.

The parking lot needs attention. The concrete is broken in several places. The sidewalk by the handicap parking spaces has several holes and rough areas that could easily be a trip hazard.

took an hour to get checked in. Abdul had to work hard as reservation didn’t cross over correctly and it was EXTREMELY frustrating standing there for over an hour waiting to get a room while other people were trying to check in and only one employee, who was helping me was there to check people in. Had a sign for manager on duty and he wasn’t there nor did he return Abdul’s phone call for help in the over an hour I had to stand there and wait. Bathroom sink in room had multiple large cracks in it and it looked like there was black stuff growing out of every crack. Didn’t give a clean and disinfected vibe at all.

Comfort Suites was a trip saver for us! Our initial stay had issues that meant we had to leave at 2am and find lodging! YIKES! But it all worked out. Staff are great. Our Suite was super. Laundry on-site was a real bonus as we stayed for 6 nights total.

Breakfast offerings are standard USA hotel fare. If you like waffles, you are golden!

This location was great for my work trip to West Omaha, and there is a nice bar and grill right across the street. Property was quiet and the hotel overall was very clean. Did not have time to use pool or fitness areas, but both looked nice.

The breakfast at this property is the same as most Choice properties that I have stayed. Would have like to have seen more diversity with the hot breakfast options, eggs and sausage links every day.
