Rooms have kitchenettes with full size refrigerator, a two burner stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. Dishwasher soap is provided as well as dish towels. Also the hotel has free self laundry service, but you must bring your own detergent. It's a great place to be if you are on a long road trip. Bed was comfortable.
I had to call the front desk to get the knob that is required to use the stovetop. I think the knobs should be in the room. I thought that was a bit annoying. You can make ice in the refrigerator freezer if you need ice. The hotel doesn't have an ice machine. Making ice that way is slow and the refrigerator is also noisy while making ice so we turned it off so it wouldn't wake us up during the night.

Our suite was perfect with everything we needed during our stay. Comfortable, accommodating, and the staff, especially the one checking us in, I forgot his name, was so kind!
Kind of a pain to get in and out of the location due to all the busy stores around. But being patient is key. Wish breakfast was included, they do help with a pantry area.

Location was perfect for me. There was no breakfast except for room microwave or room cooking. Not a problem for me Rarely eat breakfast anyway
Wash cloths were a little thin. But that is getting very picky. A very nice stay. I only use email so couldn't use your first survey. Oh tv remote was a bit of a challenge, slow in responding & don't think I need to spend $19.99 on20 + year old movies. Just little picky things

Staff was very good, friendly.
My elderly mother stayed with you. I had to go to Walmart & buy a step stool because your beds are so high that she can't get into them. That is the only drawback.

Amazing staff. Full size fridge and dishwasher. Perfectly sized hotel. Cozy beds. Plenty of space.
Caulking on bathroom floor ready to be redone. Shampoo/conditioner dispenser was loose. Tiny things.
