Cleanliness, breakfast was great

Some of the staff were not good about being available to help guests. Some were really great. The staff member that told me overall our dogs needed to be quiet and we would held to a standard. Interestingly, it was ok to have the kids of other families running up and down the hallways screaming after 10p. My dog never barked or was out of line. My dog has better manners than most kids. Do your families get told to keep their children from running and screaming up and down the hallways?

The room was very large, with a sofa and a large bathroom. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip, with lots of options for eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. The entire place was clean and nicely landscaped. We saw people in the indoor swimming pool and in the exercise room, so that was nice that they had those available. We enjoyed walking around the nearby business park and along the road next to the soccer fields. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Noise from the next room (with a connecting door to ours) was loud, and when their dog barked, it surprised us.

It was spacious, beds were comfortable, it was very clean, they had an indoor pool, great location, laundry on site, coffee anytime.

Shower pressure was very mild, front loader washing machines smelled of mold, had to wash clothes and didn't have a choice but to use them, I had to dry all of our clothes twice, the first drying cycle wasn't enough so it coast twice as much as it should have.

We were met at the front desk by a very friendly staff. They helped with our restaurant selection. The lobby was very nice, the room was spacious and well planned. Breakfast bar was enjoyable. Parking was easy and the hotel is right off the interstate with easy access on and off.

The only thing we got stuck in was some bad traffic, which is not the hotel's fault. It's a busy area with a lot of street traffic.

Had a large room and was very clean. Breakfast was alternated daily and pretty good!

They only made up the room every 3 days, which isn't a big deal but with 4 of us trash got full fast. With 4 people we found to not have enough hooks and storage space. Pool looked cloudy so we only used it once, but it was warm. Pull out bed was not comfortable at ALL.

Great location within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and casual dining options. My check-in process was fast and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was more spacious than I expected just from viewing the online pics.

We had 6 guests in our room, but never had 6 full sets of bath towels at any time.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had coffee available all hours of the day and night. Close to the highway and the interstate but not a lot of noise. Close to good food selections as well. Pool and hot tub were Amazing!!! They have an Amazing Breakfast Selection. The kids Never Complain About It!!!!

Not much at all to complain about.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The people at the front desk were polite and courteous.

The noise level was very high. There must of been people directly above us with children that continually jumped around. The toilet seat dropped very quickly and made a loud banging noise.

our room was very clean, awesome breakfast, check in staff was great. again our room was exceptionally CLEAN!! big plus for me

the group down the hall was smoking in their room, I’m allergic to smoke so I wasn’t to happy to smell that inside the non smoking rooms. also one staff had told us we where NOT allowed to bring balls into the pool but no signs said otherwise. I felt like she was on a power trip because when we entered the pool a group was playing catch with a ball but she said nothing to them.

It was easy to find, the room was very clean in the bed was comfortable, and the chicken staff were very helpful.

I was in a bind and needed a hotel room for one night. The only thing I can say I disliked was, price of the room. I thought it was very expensive for one nights stay.
