Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and breakfast staff was very pleasant--a nice way to start the day!

It was very disappointing to not be able to connect to the hotel's internet unless I join the Marriott "club". This was a major inconvenience for a few items that I needed to complete during our six-week trip. I don't like to be forced to join a club for what, I think, should be provided as a customer courtesy. Whenever possible, I will make reservations at locally-owned hotels going forward, where I have always been provided with free internet for the privilege of being their guest.

This is my go to whenever I’m in Omaha. The place is well run, everything feels new, the staff is Customer focused.

The guest laundry is getting a bit old. It still worked fine just looks used.

Someone has to get creative with the breakfast thing. The muffins were soggy, the sausage was slimmy with grease. The layout was standard fare for the industry, but I'll bet the ladies running the kitchen could come up with better grub. Make it a competition. Who can come up with the best ideas for improvement, using the same ingredients. Start with rendering the grease out of the sausage and go from there.

It was good. They offered a nice variety, including breakfast sandwich, scrambled & hard boiled eggs, yogurt, packaged oatmeal, fruit juices coffee and teas. Friendly staff helping with breakfast. Good seating capacity, nice decor.

They offered packaged oatmeal but I did not see a microwave in the serving area to help finish cooking after adding hot water.

The eggs at breakfast were great.

We stayed in room 329 and the shower sprayed straight down, not out. You had to stand directly under the shower head to get water. Everything else was great!

This was our second stay here and all of our expectations were met. The staff were very friendly, the room was great, ant the breakfast was good and the area was very clean.

I was disappointed to learn that I could have saved nearly 50 percent by booking with the hotel directly.

Breakfast was very good. Outstanding. Housekeeping was very good. Most everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The mattress were awful. They definitely need some new mattress.

I have many food allergies so I was limited to the oatmeal and grateful for the oat milk. At least I had something. 🤭

Booking.com rooms don’t match what you really get as a room.

The location was excellent for what we had to do. The breakfast was good. The coffee was awesome thank you very much for an awesome stay.

There wasn't anything we did not like.
