We went out to eat breakfast

Well I know the reason for the 3:00 entry time but I wish we could have gotten into our room when w arrived but they accommodated us by letting us in early for 12:00 which helped us immensely and we were so appreciative of them bending the rule for our convenience thanks so much we would definitely book a stay again if we were to go back to Omaha again but we have been bragging about the Wood Springs Suites thanks again for a great experience.

Friendly staff, got me checked in quickly. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable

I had one other guest stand outside my window talking really loud on the phone around 10pm, but took care of that myself. Hardly a negative against the hotel

I really liked how nice and professional the staff were! I was visiting from Oklahoma and I was really happy to receive a good first positive impression from Nebraska, through Wood springs!

It could have been cleaner in the room.

This a great location. Mike the property Manager is easy to work with and always there if needed. I like having me dog with me the kitchen for prepping my meals.

I usually bring rugs with me I don’t like walking on bare floors. Simple fix and personal preference

The inner door past registration desk was finicky and didn't always open the first five or ten tries. 😳 but it finally let us through. Really wasn't that big a deal after we were told it didn't work consistently.

The room I was in had a full kitchen, if I were able to stay longer I would have taken advantage of that and I was pleased of the full size refrigerator

entry door was difficult at times and because it was an extended stay there was no breakfast included

Everything was just what we needed and expected. No, complaints.

The size of the room. The cleanliness.

No hand towels. No coffee pots to make coffee and none available. Disappointing. The lobby door didn't work but finally was repaired.
