Staff was friendly, hotel was easy to get to. The Free Breakfast was surprisingly big and the food was good. Room fridge was a bigger mini fridge which was nice. A.C was super cold!

Parking lot was very small and filled up quick after 8pm. Pool chemicals were super off. Had to step outside a few times because the air burns your eyes when you walk in. The price was pretty high for what you get. Door didn’t want to lock without slamming it a few times.

Yolanda was superb! Super busy with the people calling and coming in due to power outages in the Omaha area. Doing three things at once (checking in guests, taking calls, and giving towels out...always with a smile and great attitude. You got a GOAT, Comfort Inn! Qqq

Dark curtains don't cover windows looking north. Parking lot and other business's lights shine bright at night. Hard to sleep with that.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when I needed to change my travel plans. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are very reasonably priced. I stay here whenever I visit Bellevue.

Breakfast was good, but would suggest that gluten-free and dairy-free options be available. Neither of us could completely use food that was available and brought in our Almond milk so we could eat cereal.

Very Friendly, Helpful staff . A+ to the Staff! Great Breakfast. Convenient location with close access to Freeway. Had issue with refrigerator that was tended to immediately. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were all very helpful and very kind. The location was perfect. The hotel & hotel room were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again & recommend it.

Not a real dislike, but breakfast could have gone later than 930 on Memorial day. That is more our issue than theirs though...
