The location was excellent, easy to get to and very convenient to the zoo. The front desk staff was very solicitous and helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice. The shampoo and conditioner were lovely and fresh smelling. The ice machine was broken, but the front desk clerk had a bag of ice which she gave me and that was great. The refrigerator in the room had an ice maker, but I don’t think it was hooked to the waterline, so no ice there. However, the fridge and freezer were full sized and very cold so I was able to refreeze my ice packs and all was well.

The bed was a touch firm, but no big deal at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When a minor issue came up that rapidly resolved the issue. The location worked well for what I needed. The pool having towels made it so we did not have to use our own, which is always nice when traveling.

The worst part of the experience was the person who kept their door open in to the hallway. The issue was that they were cooking a variety of foods which was not a huge concern when it smell good but some of it didn't smell great. The smell quickly disappeared after they finished cooking. The pool is also not heated so while it is indoors, it was a bit chilly.

The receptionist was absolutely wonderful.. Full.of information, gracious, helpful, and all with a smile. The room we had was clean and very comfortable. Close to a back door for.our pets. Also one of the very few places we have stayed with our two dogs (38 pounds and 4 pounds - both 1/2 poodle) that they were not.just "permitted" but accepted as part.of our family. We realized there were mostly long term workers that were there, but there was no noise evening.or early morning. We would stay again in a heart beat

Another night stand would have been nice but we used a chair.from.the table. Other that that, all.was.great.

High standards for housekeeping/ cleanliness. Spotless inside and out. Our accessible room was roomy and thoughtfully designed.I appreciated the full-sized refrigerator. Plenty of towels. Kitchen towels also provided. I didn't use the cooktop, but it had two full-sized burners, an exhaust fan, and surface lighting. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. They liked my dog. We would definitely stay here again

This location is easy to find & in what seemed like a good neighborhood. Staff there were extremely helpful & friendly! Rooms were clean, well maintained & supplies were full. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows, bonus was a recliner in the room, full size fridge & 2 burner stove!

We wish there was a breakfast option other than ordering to your room but this is a minor disappointment

It was clean, it was well-located, and best of all, it was really inexpensive for what you got. No breakfast option exercised.

Both bed frames squeaked, one to the point that the person in it had to lie smack dab in the middle (on the "hump" area of a queen bed to keep from waking everyone else up all night! (Other stays have not have that problem.)

Clean, Friendly staff, great location

Not the hotel's fault but the hot water went out. No one told us, until we asked and while fixing it, the water was shut off. We understand things happen but it would've been nice to get a 10 minute warning on the water shut off...we could've filled up a jug of water to at least wash our hands/flush the toilet. It was off for a couple hours.

This property is spotless!!! This is the reason we keep returning to this property

Upon checking in there was only one person working and it was busy. She had to ask the manager for guidance on a couple of things and after the manager would help, she would disappear back into the office instead of staying out there and helping her get people checked in. I found that behavior from the manager unprofessional

Less than 15 minutes to the CHI center in Omaha for Berkshire meeting

When I arrived they said they said they had almost cancelled my reservation because of they called me and couldn’t reach me. Why only confirm at the last moment when the guest may be in a plane? Why not send a message in the booking app?

This is where we had our best sleep during our road trip from San Jose to Chicago. And we stayed at various chain hotels the past four nights (Best Western, Motel 6 & Super 8). The location was right outside downtown Omaha (10 mins drive) with plenty of parking spots (easy parking for a U-haul towing a vehicle). It is next to the AMC theater, so more parking spots if needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a room on the 4th floor. You do hear some trucks passing on the highway occasionally, but otherwise, it was really quiet. The room was spacious, with very comfortable bedding and pillows. A full-size fridge was provided in the room, but you’d need to bring pots, plates, and utensils if you plan on cooking. The shower pressure was strong, and everything was clean. This is a great hotel to stay at, especially given the rate per night. Breakfast is extra, but there are options to eat elsewhere around the hotel. There was also an indoor pool that we didn’t get to use. I highly recommend this hotel.
