Room was cozy but fit our need. Comfy bed. Double size shower was great with hot water fast. Quick walk to CHI for the concert we attended

Hotel staff were the bartenders so if the bar was busy you didn't get help. No mini fridge or microwave. And no parking. Valet for $35/night or try to get into a parking garage across the street.

Boutique feel, highly polished. Spacious rooms (be advised- no closets but it did have hooks with some hangers.) They don't skimp on amenities. Bar in lobby also has coffee drinks too, brings in traffic at this prime Old Market location, so it's pretty lively in the lobby until the bars close at 1:30am. However, did not disturb my sleep on the 3rd floor.

First night: alerted front desk to a flight delay which prevented me from arriving until next morning. They agreed to hold my room. I was charged for the first night. Next morning: arrived to find "The system" identified me as a no-show and canceled my room. They had a room i could immediately check into, but did not honor the original rate I got months before through Booking. Not too much variation in rate, and thankfully a room was still available, but this is a corporate boutique hotel, not a private boutique hotel so staff does not have flexibility to prevent automatic cancelations or make exceptions to price.

Location was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful

It was cold. There wasn’t enough closet space.

The hotel was conveniently located in downtown Omaha, surrounded by restaurants and parking, which is exactly what we needed driving across the country. The hotel was beautiful, the room and bathroom comfortable and clean. Loved the accents inside the hotel, and they had a 24hr market to purchase snacks before we got back on the road. The staff was amazing, the bar is beautiful and so inviting to have a drink. We wanted to try the Moxy hotel for awhile and it truly did not disappoint!

I’m very fussy about hotels. The Moxy was wonderful! The staff was amazing and the hotel was extremely clean. It has a really fun vibe.

You have to pay to park. This is not the fault of the hotel. You can park in the parking structure or on the street, where there are parking meters. After one day there we discovered a parking lot that was $2. It was a little walk from the hotel, but we didn’t mind.

Loved the lobby decor. Rooms were small but adequate.

Snow hadn’t been removed from sidewalks and it was quite slippery. Granted the few blocks we walked around area weren’t much better. No fault of property but heard every room door near us close loudly. Was perfect Sunday night when not as many guests.

It was our first time staying at a Moxy hotel and we absolutely loved it! It’s such a unique experience but a great one. The free drink chips (1 per person for a drink at the bar or specialty coffee) was a nice amenity and surprise! The rooms were decorated great and the bed was super comfy. Also, loved the free games my the bar. Definitely would stay at a Moxy hotel again.

I loved that this property is in the heart of old market. The staff was so kind, the hotel was clean and the rooms were cozy! I really love the complimentary drink touch.

There’s no fridge or microwave that would be a nice touch but I knew this when booking. Also I was a bit chilly a thicker blanket or extra blanket in the room would be nice.

The location was ideal for out needs. Lots of things within walking distance. The staff was outstanding and made us feel welcome!

The rooms are very small and minimal. They go off of a European concept, I don’t remember seeing that in the description.

When walking through the front door it was amazing. The smell, lighting, ambiance and vibe were perfect. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. I jammed to the elevator music, watched the cityscape from the window and swung on the huge tire swings.

The parking was terrible and expensive. That is more of a city ordinance than a hotel problem but that's all I can think of.
