This is a very nicely updated, modern and very clean hotel with an excellent staff. Jessica at the Front Desk was terrific--knowledgeable and friendly and provided a lot of info about things to do in Omaha. All employees I interacted with during my 4 night stay were great. There's a feeling of being a valued friend and guest at this hotel. All staff represented Omaha and Nebraska very well! The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. There were fresh cookies at the reception desk, which I appreciated ! The hotel was sold-out but very quiet and had plenty of free parking. The location is excellent. It is an easy, short drive to the CHI Center and Schwab Field, the Henry Doorly Zoo and Boys Town. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay there again when in Omaha.

Everything exceeded my expectations. My only minor suggestion would be including bagels and cream cheese to the breakfast menu.

We loved the location. Perfect spot to travel to the sights of Council Bluffs as well as Omaha. It was quiet, clean,affordable, and very comfortable. The mother/daughter team on staff(Linsey and Stephanie) went above and beyond to make sure our needs and requests were met. They are friendly, polite, and fun to visit with! Breakfast was simple and good. The parking was well lit, and the entire property has 24 hour surveillance system ensuring the safety of their guests. We will return.

We are outdoors type of people, we enjoy sitting outside in the evenings. There is no seating outdoors on the property (due to "wanderers" in the area) to enjoy the beautiful weather. We are also early risers and like our coffee, the overnight staff member was not very accommodating nor as friendly as all the other staff. Nice convenience store across the street with excellent coffee and staff!!! It was heard at 5:50 am "It is not 6 o'clock yet." (breakfast begins at 6) In our opinion; when there is not much to do on an overnight shift, other than looking at your phone, exceptions could be made.

The location was perfect for us, right off the freeway. The beds were comfy. Breakfast items were the typical variety along with biscuits and gravy.

The fan blowed directly at the bed and towards my face and upper body. I had to prop up pillows to direct it away. We always have the fan on in hotel rooms when we travel and this was the first time something like this occured. We usually ask for a room on the upper floor for less noise, but there was no elevator so we took a room on the first floor.

It’s hard to find an affordable hotel that’s clean and not sketchy, but this hotel is a wonderful exception! It was very clean and smelled great, and the staff is so kind. Though the outside of the property is dated, the inside has had upgrades and is very pleasant! The breakfast was delish — sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, and juice. Great experience and we will definitely stay again! :)

The location is great because it’s close to the CHI Center for events but the neighborhood isn’t very clean. That’s not the hotels fault though and we didn’t feel unsafe.

Probably one of the best budget hotels I have stayed in. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Location has free parking and quick access to the freeway, although neighborhood seemed quiet. Room was clean and updated. Overall would stay here again, for a smaller hotel it exceeded my expectations.

Lots of breakfast options, but the food didn't taste amazing. No elevator to get to the second floor.

I thought the waffle batter was some sort of sour dough mixture. My grandson said it had an after taste. So, I don’t know exactly. My last morning there when I was getting some eggs I saw a large dark area in the eggs. So I didn’t have any. We were in a hurry so I didn’t say anything thing to the desk lady. They also reminded me of the eggs I ate in the mess hall in the Army. You can never forget those eggs. LOL! Rooms were nice and comfortable. Pretty quite too since all those LSU fans were there. I slept about as good as one can when sleeping away from home. Tell the ladies their hello. Enjoyed talking.

Question: Where is the kitchen? I always enjoy poking my head in the kitchen.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were great. I had an issue with the room safe and the maintenance man worked very hard to solve the problem. Breakfast choices were varied and good. Room was comfortable. Location was super. Cable television had many choices and the wifi worked very well. Totally satisfied and I will stay here again if I travel to Council Bluffs again.

How clean and refreshing the smell of the hotel! The breakfast was phenomenal, delicious, good! The staff were amazing, nice, and very welcoming, and greetings were top-notch! :) I would stay again if I was to drive through or visit again!

The entrance to the hotel and the location. It was kind of hidden, and there wasn't an entrance to the hotel, you have to drive through the business parking lot to get to the hotel. And no information was notified that there was construction cutting of the main entrance to get to the hotel. And last of all, the vending machines had zero to a couple of snacks only. :( This falls on me as I thought there was an elevator, which, thankfully, my family member with a disability was able to climb up the stairs and down safely.

Excellent stay, location, amenities, everything was great about the property. Check in was smooth and quick. The room, while not overly large, was adequately sized for 2 queen beds and a family with all our luggage. Sound proof between rooms is fantastic. Waking doen the hall, loud music was blaring from the room beside ours but in our room. We came on a zoo trip and this motel is 5-7 minutes away from the zoo, as in We left the motel and 7 minutes later we were walking into the front entrance of the zoo. Ideal location. Breakfast was great as well. Lots of options, complete with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, along with the normal continental breakfast items.

the rooms were super clean. the staff was friendly! the breakfast was a standard breakfast. (coffee, juice, oatmeal, biscuits, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, rolls, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt, boiled eggs-you peel.. maybe a few other things. we only eat KETO so eggs and sausage for us)

soap and lotion were in the wrong sides and no pool.
