We stayed here for the recent Tyler Childers concert at the event center across the street. Getting into the hotel lot took some time, and parking was at first very confusing. It took about a half hour to get checked in. Otherwise, the rooms were great. The hotel did a good job at accommodating the large influx of people after the concert. Now that we know how the parking, etc, works, we'd definitely stay here again.

The parking situation was very confusing. It wouls have been nice to have an attendant telling us what our options were when we first arrived, or to have that information in an email before we arrived.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the front desk did a great job of processing a huge crowd in good time, the parking/valet/luggage staff was efficient and nice, the customer service crew was excellent at answering questions, meeting special needs, and solving small problems. Parking very convenient. The "to go" food was decent. Property was well cared for, clean, and orderly. And we really appreciated the lukewarm temperature of the pool (most are quite cold!).

One bed was really noisy - squeaky (weird, I know), and I was surprised there was not a microwave in room (though there WAS one on each floor by the ice machine). With the huge convention crowd, a few more luggage carts would have been helpful.

Staff. First impression is how you are greeted and assisted. First contact was valet parking. Those guys RAN, not walked. Professional and they hustled! Next was desk staff. They could not find me at first, but the email confirmation did the trick. Super helpful, gave advice on our event and in-house amenities. The room. Spotless, Clean like a surgical room. Beds super comfy! The AC was turned on so the room was at proper temp upon entering. Checking out was easy. But the staff. They really made the stay just brilliant. We are now going to be booking more events there every year.

Jaiden at the front desk was awesome!!! Amazing sense of courtesy, very professional and great sense of humor. Definitely a great employee in my wife and my opinion!!!!

The only complaint i had was very quickly resolved by the front desk. The blanket on our bed had multiple brown stains embedded in the layers when I texted the desk they sent someone up in about 30 or so minutes and changed it and remade the bed. 5☆ to them as well for correcting the situation in such a prompt and timely manner

Wasn’t our first time, we chose the hotel because we knew we liked it. The hotel is very nice. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and updated. Walking distance to good bars, restaurants, and the CHI event center. There is also a skywalk to the event center if you don’t want to go outside. Also love that there is a coffee shop that proudly serves Starbucks.

Some of the hallways have a bad smell. We were on the 3rd floor and there is a section of the hallway that smells like ammonia (like cat pee). Not sure if they had had water damage or what there, but it is not fun to have to walk through that section.

This property was much nicer than I even expected, I love the large bar/lounge area, and the nice restaurant that was inside the hotel (food was pretty expensive though). There were many restaurants within walking distance, across the street from the Charles Swartz Ball park, and direct access to the CHI center. The hotel was probably one of the nicer locations I’ve been to.

This isn’t a deal breaker but we felt like the bedding was really hot.

The room was clean, cool, and quiet. The food and drinks were a little pricy but worth it for the convenience. We had tickets to a comedy show at CHI so the location was perfect. We just walked across the skywalk. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. We stay here often and it never disappoints!

We arrived at peak check in time on a Friday night. There was a long line. Use the digital check-in if you can with a digital key.

The room was an excellent value for the price! It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and seemed to be recently renovated. The location was really convenient as well.

One thing that could have been improved was the heating/cooling system in the room. It was 45º outside, I had my room set to 72º and it only blew cold air. I even tried turning it up to 78º and left it on for several hours, and the air never warmed up; the room temperature stayed at 68º. There were no other settings for the air either (heat, cool, fan, etc.). Since I was only staying one night this wasn't a deal-breaker, but if I had to stay there multiple nights I would have asked to change rooms.

Conveniently located next to concert venue!

Waited over an hour in line to check in. Granted, there was a large concert taking place that evening but there were several open computer check in stations that could have been utilized. And only complaint on the room was that it looked like there was black mold in the shower corners…not updated to match the rest of the hotel it seems

Bed was comfortable. The hotel was full & very busy with a volleyball tournament next door. Staff was doing a nice job staying caught-up. Great location.

The pool/hot tub was older and could use a good cleaning! The line at Starbucks (in the lobby) was long in the morning & afternoon as the hotel was very full.
