Proximity to airport. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with lots of options Reception staff was friendly and helpful and efficient.

The free shuttle service was not so good. We had a difficult person for a driver and he argued with us and refused to give us a ride at first. We had to call hotel back and they sent same guy back who seemed to think we were staying at a hotel he did not go to. He did tell us it was his last day. He finally took us but was still rude about it, process took over an hour from when we called for the shuttle.

Breakfast and staff were excellent. The best part was the shuttle driver on Thursday when I arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the city and things to do. He also was able to drop me at the most convenient locations. The shuttle driver on Sunday was uninformed as to where to drop off passengers at the airport, and was late picking up passengers from the hotel.

Shuttle service to the airport was not good.

Very clean rooms newly remodeled quiet like that they had a pool clean breakfast was really good had a lot of varieties to choose from the staff was very kind and respectful

But I very much disliked was Sunday morning the lady food prepping stuck her hands in the trash can to press it down didn't have gloves on bare hands and then went to touch the food without washing her hands that's cross contamination other than that it was very nice and a good stay and for the water in the shower it could have a little more pressure

This location surprised us! A very spacial two queen room, with comfortable beds and pillows. We were on the top floor and it was so quiet. It was also exceptionally clean! The staff were so kind as well. We chose to be close to the airport to sleep as late as possible for a very early flight, and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable with great pillows.

No one was on duty to take care that I was charged double, once by Booking.com and again by the motel. When I called back, there was still no one to refund my money. It was my fault that I paid the second time but not my fault that I did not get a refund for the second billing.

The location was great because we had a very late flight from overseas. Liked that the entrance door was close to the elevator and our room was also close to the elevator. We were bushed. The breakfast was a nice treat.

Everything was great. There was nothing I didn't like.

The cleanest hotel I have stayed in for a long time and the location is perfect for the airport!! The breakfast was good and filling before our flight.

Didn't have breakfast, had to leave for an early flight. It was close to the airport, and we could park our car there while we were gone and the shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up.

Great location Great Breakfast Felt Safe Quiet and the van transportation to and back from the College World Series was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again
