The hotel was well positioned for the airport. Staff were welcoming, efficient, friendly and accommodate the needs of the early morning and late night travellers. The room we had was spacious, very clean and we had a great nights sleep. Although the hotel is in close proximity to a busy road and the airport, it was very quiet overnight. Highly recommended.

Location; nice breakfast, room was clean

Shower didn’t drain (stopper didn’t stay up)…. Was no smoking but had a smoky smell? The room had no bedding for the sofa bed and we had trouble getting a full set. Someone sat outside our first floor room w a booming car stereo for fifteen minutes… it was daytime but we needed to nap after the airport endurance contest…

Pretty close to the city center and the airport, Uber typically costs $6 to get to the old market. Basic Breakfast included. Beds were super comfortable. A small Swimming pool and hot tub were also pretty nice.

Apparently, since covid, room service in many hotels is not done on a regular basis anymore which was a little confusing to us (even when putting the „please prepare room“ sign at the door.

Breakfast was free, so I won't complain. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel and pool were clean.

My mistake, but I thought the hotel was closer to the ball park. In 100 degree temps, it was a very long walk. Whatever, we won!!!

This has one of the BEST heated swimming pool and whirlpool!!! I have a invisible illness and need the warm pool every once in awhile for body pain. When I got out I felt great!

Staff was kind of blah! My check in was fine, but when I spoke to others they just stared at the computer

The staff members who checked me in and out were so nice. Evelyn was also so nice when I paid to leave my car there during my travels. We had a great chat and I felt so comfortable with my decision to park my car there. Also I paid a little to be upgraded to the suite and I'm only sad that my flight left early so I couldn't spend enough time in that amazing room.

We appreciated the helpful front desk personnel. They answered the phone promptly and instructed us how to page for a ride to the hotel when it appeared our arrival would be delayed well past the time of the last shuttle at 1 am. The kitchen staff was pleasant and the breakfast offerings were very good (sausage, toast and omelets, as well as hot oatmeal for the vegetarians in the family). Hotel is also conveniently located less than five minutes from the airport.

The location was excellent, very close to the Airport, the Lady at the reception was everything 🙌, I unfortunately couldn't say goodbye. The Shuttle driver was everything 🙌 😍 👌. And lastly the rooms were spacious. On a negative side, the fruits for breakfast were molded.

Room was great for our family! Room was clean! Service from the front was excellent and provided us with all our needs. Will stay again if need a place close to the airport!

Pull out couch was very uncomfortable, but to be expected with that kind of a bed.

We stayed here for an early morning flight, and the hotel served its purpose well enough. It's a standard modern hotel design which was clean enough for our family. The shuttle was great and ran early for us to catch our flight. We'd stay here again if the situation is required. Also, warm breakfast started at 6 and we had to leave before then. Cold breakfast was available starting at 4am.

We didn't stay here long enough to notice any shortcomings. About the only thing I can say is that we asked for a 5am wakeup call but didn't receive one.
