I loved the location. Very close to the airport. I was greeted with a pleasant smile. I was offered cookies when I checked in. The first room was missing a bath stopper, so they were able to move me to a different room without any hassle. The staff really keeps the place clean. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. I really appreciated the shuttle service. That was right on time. The pool was great too. I would recommend to family or friends. I feel very secure staying at the Country Inn 😌

I really can not state anything I didn't like

The front desk staff was very friendly and happy to help with any questions or issues. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location was great as we were looking for a place close to the airport.

I chose the hotel because it included an airport shuttle. We followed the directions to order an airport pick up but the shuttle never came and by the time we called back, he was 'off-duty' and we had to order a lift. The parking lot was crowded and hard to fit a moving truck.

The staff& Owner were excellent. My car wouldn't start after sitting in the Cold weather for a week and waited 4 hours when the owner offered to start it for me since the Insurance person who called a company never showed. The gental man who owed the Motel went Above& Beyond to h elp. Very much appericated his help.Everyone was very helpful with temperatures 22 below zero weather& Wind.

We liked the location of the hotel, we were close to the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Headquarters, and the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge. Alicia was very fast and helpful during check-in, and Ty was also helpful. We had a first-floor room as requested, The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the long vanity top in the bathroom. We enjoyed the variety of offerings for breakfast. When we received our bill, we were confused by the service charge that was added, but when I called to question it, the manager Roshelle explained the situation that they were now under a new corporate office, and this was going to be a new added charge. By the end of our conversation, she said she would waive it for this time, so we were very pleased with the customer service we received.

Our only wish is that the bathtub would have had grab bars for safety, and a higher toilet would have been nice.

My room was quiet and comfortable! The internet was okay. But it was peace and quiet. Breakfast was good too.

I didn’t like the t.v. Channels. Got something else but not cable t.v. that I wanted. Disappointed! The shower was noisy and didn’t come out very good! I had waited 10 minutes to check in. Door keys were not working yet. Staff have to get me in. They put me in a room window trees front of it and couldn’t see out very good!

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was ok too. Nice bed air conditioner was good. Breakfast was good. Shower is kinda cold. And it was peaceful night. Might come again.

Breakfast was good but kept running out of eggs scrambles. Kinda hard find a parking spot especially around 10pm at night cause it's so full. But I did a parking spot.

We came to enjoy family at your pool. We did enjoy family but the pool was way to cold to enjoy. That was a Hugh disappointment!!! The water temp was so cold a few seconds in the children's lips were bluish in seconds. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

It was a quick stay overnight before my very early flight the next day. The room and whole place was nice and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary cookies and coffee.

It was very noisy starting at 10:30 pm with fireworks then continued slamming of doors and loud people walking overhead until 3:00 am. I got about 3.5 hours of sleep before I had to get up to catch my flight. That was very disappointing.

The room was really good and comfortable, it beat my expectations from the photos and seemed to be new. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to take me downtown not just to the airport which was very handy.

I initially got a charge on my credit card much higher than the nightly rate I booked and at check in they presented nightly rates much higher (double or triple the rate booked through booking.com). Though after showing my booking.com confirmation and direct confirmation of the hotel of my booked rate they corrected the charge to me. The hotel had a laundry with a washing machine and dryer though it was out of order while I was there. There was wifi though it was a completely open network, was not fast and at times not reliable.
