Only problem I had was the maid service kept beating on my door every hour starting at 830am on a Saturday! Only day we were able to sleep in and check out wasn’t until 12pm. Wasn’t happy!

It was a safe space. The hotel staff was so nice, we were in the wrong room and she walked the new card up to us! Room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was usually pretty quick.

You have to purchase breakfast. Parking is $10, and you have to park in a garage attached to the hotel, but sometimes people hangout in there and smoke. There was construction in front of the hotel making the entrance and exit kind of weird and the street directly in front was a little sketch.

The customer service was beyond great! Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us and was easily accessible from the interstate.

There was an issue with the elevators being out of service for a brief amount of time. We were staying on the 17th floor. We were patient and the hotel staff were extremely apologetic. This would not keep us from going back.

The appearance was nice. Friendly staff.

The fact that you pay so much and still have to pay $20 a day for breakfast. There is no way breakfast shouldn’t come with your stay. I ate potatoes and4 slices of bacon and had to pay $20 for it! That’s RIDICULOUS!

mostly everything except some of the staff at front desk were somewhat rude and didn't tell us or explain nothing about the hotel. She just gave us cards and told us about parking that was all. She didn't tell me nothing else about breakfast, nor pool or anything opening closing to those things. Everything was great but not good customer service.

The extremely kind staff, they were pleasant and friendly, fun to visit with.

Disappointed about no hot tub. The pool wasn’t warm enough and the pool room was very cold. The front desk staff told me that they were working on it, needed new parts etc that were ordered so I understand that.

Parking was convenient, Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

There wasn't a mini fridge in the room. There wasn't enough coffee for 2 people so we didn't even use it.

Pricey. Everything was an additional charge. Parking garage was a long walk to the front desk. Breakfast, for the price, could have been a lot better. I’ve had as good a breakfast at then Drury Inn for free. Rooms were small and the bathroom shower could use a good cleaning. Lightbulbs in the room were burnt out. No refrigerator to chill drinks.

It's quite, good view, staffs were friendly and helpful. They create a directly line for contacting via text on my phone number so I can ask them quickly any question.

Follow the map to hotel address and it lead me to behind that make me confusing if it is right or wrong address.

The buffet did not have a good selection and it was cold. No fresh fruit. For the price it should have been more of a food selection.

No microwave in room or on floor.
