It was the first time in about 5 years that a hotel felt like a hotel. They made sure to make you feel like you were a valued guest. Currently most hotels make you feel like you are a burden in their business. Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market made you feel special from the moment you pull up to their building. The valet services was super helpful. The hotel was immaculate and clean. The building was beautiful and so was the staff. The social hour was top notch as was the breakfast.

Nothing, this hotel was superb. I can't think of anything that I would improve.

The location is perfect. It is literally across the street from the Old Market, and the Henry Doorly Zoo is maybe a 6—or 7-minute drive straight down 10th St. The breakfast is great, even have an omelet bar that also serves pancakes.

It has a pool, but that is about the best I can say; it is a bit tiny compared to the many rooms. They could do it with a larger pool or a second pool. Also, watch for the peak times for breakfast and lunch/dinner; the seating can fill up very quickly (room service is an option)

The omelet was delicious 😋.

The ready made eggs could have been warmer. The sink in the bathroom needed a new washer or something to prevent water 💧 from spraying all over. The curtains in the bedroom had a mind of its own until I figured out how to operate them but all these things were minor issues. They did not make nor break our stay. We still enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was excellent! I can't believe other guests did not take their plates to the cart. That would help the clean-up servers. It was crowded and its just consideration. We loved our stay in Omaha.

The self-parking was across the street and the road was in bad shape. They need to make a handicap area to cross the street that does not have holes directly across from the side door.

The door lock malfunctioned and would not allow us to get into room. My son missed breakfast with his family and he ultimately used the tool provided by maintenence to get door open. Also late for my grandson's second birthday party at Zoo. While staff was nice this was a major inconvenience. If my son wouldn't have been so determined to get door open. might have been there all day. Frustrating

Loved having the happy hour with two free drinks and snacks. The breakfast was great as well. Loved that the pool stayed open until 11 and that it opened early as well. It was nice having valet parking.

Wasn't too impressed with the dinner options (no kids options). I called the front desk and got an automated recording that asked what I needed. I asked for extra pillows for the pullout and they never delivered them. Called again, same automation, asked once more and still never received the pillows. Would be nice to be able to speak to a human to ensure they received my "orders". Also, the hotel has parking and yet we still had to pay an additional $23 just to park there or $29 for valet service. Seemed a bit steep.

Breakfast is great, best in downtown Omaha in my opinion also great amenities for the stay and excellent hotel staff and service. Beds a little outdated but comfortable, thank you Sophia for your service!

The extractor was not working in our room and they couldn’t fix it but they gave me a room discount which I was grateful for since it was a little unpleasant when someone use the bathroom.

Excellent breakfast! I did the made to order omelet. My husband chose items from the buffet. Everything tasted wonderful from both areas.

Regarding breakfast...We appreciate there was fresh fruit available. We wish blueberries would have been one of the choices. The cold water faucet in our bathroom did not work properly, as the cold water faucet could spin all the way around.

I loved the location with the view we had. Having the option to chose a room is such a nice gesture. We loved seeing the city lights while also not hearing much of it. It was a nice spacious room with great lighting and comfortable beds. Felt special seeing my name on the Tv as well! And beautiful lobby.

Nothing. Everything was as good as expected.

We love the snacks and drinks for parents. We also loved the breakfast! Everything was clean and very aesthetically pleasing.

The front room where my daughter slept on the couch was pretty noisy since it was close to the open middle area of the hotel. The couch itself was also very uncomfortable. The beds were fine.
