The variety of amenities on site was great. Close to restaraunts etc downtown.

The original room we checked in to was under construction with tools etc laying around. Ibhad requested a fridge which was present in the room under construction. When I went to the front desk to get a new room I asked for a fridge in the new room. The front desk clerk was rude and told me they couldn't guarantee a fridge. I reminded them that the room that was under construction had a fridge. The staff did bring a fridge to the new room but it was not working. I didn't realize until 1130 at night and was checking out the next morning

Everything! Such a happy hotel. Staff esp. Front Desk Alice and Charles were so welcoming, friendly and kind. The young man at the Bar was outgoing and so nice, also the doormen were courteous and friendly.Housekeepers too. Can't say enough nice things about our stay, it was lovely. See you again .

Location, decor, charm of an older building, renovated well, staff, and competitive pricing. Booking.com listed them and gave high ratings by others who stayed.

There is no heating in the bathroom. The tile floor was Stone cold. We ran the hot water in the shower to warm the bathroom up.

Nicely designed, loved the “falcon” theme. Comfy bed, blackout curtains, spacious bathroom, Nespresso with half n half (not powdered white stuff). Bartender was attentive, personable, efficient. Food was not restaurant quality, but the flatbread I had was good and nicely presented.

Not a dislike, but would suggest the hotel provide robes and better lighting in the bathroom (perhaps a lighted makeup mirror) would be appreciated.

Loved the historical look of the building. The decor was lovely. Multiple lighting options in the room. Clea, updated, and spacious bathroom. Rooftop bar for happy hour and Sunday brunch was amazing.

The hotel needs more staff. The people working there were great but spread thin. They did a great job but I felt for them.

We stayed here one night after flying to Omaha during our trip to Sioux City. This hotel is a more upscale option than hotels closer to the airport. Breakfast was very good. The room was large and clean.

The room and bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. I figured out the next morning that the bathroom window had been left open behind a closed shade. The staff should have checked all windows when cleaning the room. The parking garage was around the corner and required a badge to enter: this was a nuisance late at night.

The only thing I would say to work in is at the bar I ordered 2 different drinks. I asked for a fruity drink and what I got was a very lemon sour. I think they used a lot of grapefruit. Either way not what someone who likes fruity drinks wants

We loved the staff. So friendly and willing to help. The bar vibe was fun and lively! I would definitely stay here again.

Parking could be a bit better but not a deal breaker.

Wonderful breakfast and location to the Old Market area and Charles Schwab Field were perfect!

The shower head was nice but kept sliding down and moving. Wish there was a way to secure it better.
