It’s a small property so I didn’t feel it was over crowded. It was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast is a fantastic option when you are feeding a family. A lot of hotels have gone away from that so I appreciated that greatly. It was convenient to our event. Was able to take an Uber down and back in no time.

The parking area was a little small. I didn’t feel like I could leave and come back and get a parking spot that I had already purchased.

The room was spacious and clean. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast food wasn’t refilled on Saturday. Trash cans at breakfast station were full on Saturday. Better on Sunday but still some food not available. Sketchy parking not adjacent to hotel. Not much lighting there. Noisy children in hallway. Doors noisy when they close. Noisy car in parking lot. Some of the noise was not the hotel’s fault.

I really enjoyed staying here. Every single staff member we encountered was absolutely wonderful. They approached every guest warmly and respectfully.

The parking on our first night was terrible. We paid for a parking spot and then ended up parking on the street. The employees handled it well, but it was certainly a problem.

The hotel was clean and remodeled and nice--our room was great, comfy beds.

There were dirty towels left hanging on the door in our bathroom. There was toilet paper in the elevator at tbe end of the night. We had to pay for parking, and the parking lot next to the hotel filled up quickly, so we had to park in the lot up the street a bit.

I like everything staff was very kind

the thing that I did not like the that was the first time that happened to me is the fact that you need to pay to 15 per day to .park at the parking lot this is ridiculous. I know they have said it when you are booking the hotel but who paid attention to this and also why they do not include it automatically on the booking

Very clean throughout the entire building ! The ladies at the front desk were super nice, I’m upset I didn’t ask their names !

There was one moment when we stepped out of the elevator and someone had mopped & the wet floor sign wasn’t out, but they could’ve just finished as soon as we landed on the main floor.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and worked to make our stay pleasant. Location was easy to get to and close to the things we wanted to see.

We had to pay for parking at the hotel. The pool was not as warm as we would have liked. The breakfast was good, however they did not have omelets as pictured and they ran out of pancake mix so we could not have pancakes.

Rooms were very nice loved the shampoo an conditioners an soap better than the crappy stuff you get at the others

Didn’t know ahead of time I had to put a departure down or pay for parking What you pay for the room should included parking. That was a little ridiculous shouldn’t matter that your down town. When you have a parking lot for your building guest shouldn’t have to pay for it

Very comfortable, good breakfast if you were up early enough to get some.

the guy who was tending the breakfast was kinda rude. Most stuff was gone by 830a with no intention of refilling. The location was pretty terrible with very little parking. And the pool and pool area were SO COLD. No bathtub in the bathroom for kids to use.
