The bed was super comfortable and the room was large! Didn't have much time to enjoy the location, but it seemed like it would be great if I had arrived earlier in the evening and could walk to local restaurants, etc.

No one was at the check in desk when I arrived and there was no way to get someone. I wasn't sure what I should do. The bartender didn't help by telling me someone would be with me. Also, I didn't remember that there wasn't parking included with the room. Parking is an additional $15, which I wasn't expecting.

The hotel worked except for 2 things everything else was very good the room as expected modern large bed the room well cleaned plumbing worked very modern room. Groundfloor design perfectly for 24 hours service. swimming pool, gym, all equipped. Evening light burghers cooked for night cap not wallowing in Cheese and oil/grease. Good cooks and floor staff.

The Internet. unbelievable the internet kept dropping out. Once again the bedside light was broken why i suspect because looking at the fitting, they would have difficult time fixing it. when i checked out i mentioned the internet reply was The Tech, they use says it's the area grid. If that's the case the city of Omaha lives in the dark ages.

The hotel was great clean and nice friendly staff

When talking to the receptionist, she couldn’t change anything on our reservation. Their answer was you have to reach out to where you booked and the people that we booked with was booking.com. Worst experience ever they do not change anything our flight was canceled and we got to the hotel a day later and we are just out of the money because no one could help not the receptionist at the hotelnot booking.com. Everyone just gave me the run round.

The king bunk bed room was great for our family of six. The room was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The room was great for those looking to stay fit on vacation because it had an exercise bike and work out equipment right in the room. We enjoyed that the lobby had games for children as well as adults.

The shower head was not adjustable vertically, so the shower sprayed horizontally at the back of your head and at the wall in front of you. The pool area echoes loudly so it was very hard to hear when having a conversation.

Everything you needed in one place, loved the exercise items in the room

The shower glass doesn't block enough so there's a lot of water that spilled out even when being cautious. Had to use the yoga mat as a mat so I wouldn't wipe out like my friend did. There's a wooden plank that we could have used under the sink, but we didn't see it until after the fact.

The staff were great and the room itself was very neat and spacious. I wish I’d had more time to use the hotel amenities.

My fruit cup for breakfast was not pleasant. I’m not sure if the fruit was old or perhaps the bananas specifically were just mushy, but I landed up throwing almost the entire thing in the trash after trying to eat around the banana initially.

It was a nice hotel with a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and it was clean.

It was quite warm in the room, we turned the air down, and it came on, but I don't think it actually cooled. The breakfast offered with the tickets (booked room with breakfast) only had 5 small options, and we weren't impressed.

The aesthetic is really fresh and rejuvenating. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff was so friendly, prompt, and helpful. The lobby is really open and inviting; there is even a ping pong table and large connect four game out for kids and adults alike to play with.

The shower is really open and it shoots water all over the wall and floor, so get plenty of towels and don’t put your personal belongings in the floor. Don’t pay extra for the breakfast vouchers. They tell you “breakfast included”, but when you pay for those, all they cover is an omelet, muffin, oatmeal, and maybe some fruit. It doesn’t actually cover a full meal and it’s cheaper to get two meals than buy those “vouchers”.

Our rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower drain was slow and the sliding bath door was tempermental both of which we reported. Great location. Close to some great restaurants.

We didn't expect to have to pay $20 to park our car overnight.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel situated a 15-20 minute walk from bars and restaurants. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Paid third party parking is available at the hotel.
