Exactly what you would expect from a big hotel chain seconds from the venue we were staying at. Exceptionally clean, nice staff, and 10 dollar breakfast. Parking is steep but it's in a garage and easy access to and from the hotel.

The price. I understand why, but booking 150 for a hotel room, only to get charged 200 plus an addition 4 dollars for no reason wasn't ok. Next time this happens I will dispute it at the desk. The price of the booking was 157 after tax and fees, 179 after parking and I was charged 200, and they tagged an extra 4 dollars(I didn't touch the water so if it was that boy that's not ok)

Front desk guy at check in was friendly. Rooms were clean. Hotel seemed clean. Hard to rate, we just slept there - got in late, left early. Parking - although $20 - was super convenient. Garage was attached to hotel. Didn't get much sense of the area, but the price seems very fair for a downtown location.

I guess having to pay for parking but it's typical for downtown hotels.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and acknowledged us in every passing. We were happy to have a coffee maker and refrigerator to use. We also appreciated that we could use the parking facility even though it cost a fee. We also liked the noon checkout time. The location was perfect for walking to the CHI Center venue and multiple restaurants and bars in the area.

We received an 8:30 a.m. knock on the door announcing,"housekeeping." We did not realize that we needed a 'do not disturb' sign posted the night before to avoid that. We would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the lobby at any hour. The shower water pressure was ridiculously low because of the shower fixture. Between taxes, fees, and $19 overnight parking, the rate I booked quickly jumped an additional $50.

We didn't get to try the breakfast, but the location was FABULOUS so we didn't need to get up for breakfast. The staff was so helpful and nice. I don't know if I've ever seen such chipper helpful staff in awhile. The property was very delightful and clean as well.

Nothing to speak of. I wish the room got a bottle of water per day (or could request it). This hotel is far from a convenient store. So it is not great for a guest who prefers well-hydrated to pay for so much water.

Great proximity to old market, river market and Chi event center. Lost of restaurants close by

The staff was great!! They went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! Our room was very clean! Location was perfect for the event we were attending!

The bed was a little hard and the pillows were terrible. Our room was pretty noisy from the cars outside so we didn’t get much sleep in our 2 nights stay.

The room was nice and the breakfast was as well. Your staff was pleasant.

It was very noisy on Fri. and Saturday nights. There were cars racgin around on Fri and a Concert Sat til almost 11 and we had to get up for an early flight. The receptionist did send up ear plugs

LOCATION& BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING ALL AROUND

THE COMFORTER ON OUR BED WAS PEE STAINED AND MATTRESS WAS GROSS AND UNCOMFORTABLE. THE POOL WAS SMALL AND WHY NO HOT TUB?? WHEN WE CHECKED IN THE FRONT DESK STAFF DIDN'T TELL US ABOUT NEEDING TO GET BREAKFAST COUPONS EVERY MORNING-WHICH WE OBV PD FOR . ALSO WAS UNAWARE WE HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING AS WELL WAS NOT ON THE WEBSITE AS AN EXTRA COST.

Nice fitness room, pool was clean and at a great temperature. Room was clean, had a reading chair. Close to the Old Market district. Friendly nigh staff.

Charged $22 for parking. Quite a bit of outside noise at night.

We always stay here when we are in Omaha. The place is always clean, easy to get to/from places, within walking distance to Old Market area and restaurants, and the new beautiful Gene Leahey park. Breakfast is always great as they make your omelet/eggs just the way you enjoy them. Coffee is a help-yourself station and no charge. Rooms are always clean and spacious.
