Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Lots of things around the hotel as far as food and shopping. Loved the extra room with the couch and tv.

In our room the shower curtain was super long and you stepped on it while in the shower. The shower curtain rod is bent or something because the curtain kept sliding to the middle where it wouldn't close all the way. There was a lady working the front desk, but she was hardly ever there. Checking in or out, you had to go look for her.

Breakfast was your typical items I appreciated they had a bag to go. We were at a basketball tournament in in a hurry to get out so we could grab a few things to take with us for breakfast.

When we went into our room, there were cobwebs in two corners on the ceiling one was pretty thick and long. I reported it to the front desk and they took care of it immediately. My group group was very disappointed that there was no Jacuzzi as had been advertised when we booked the pool was nice the kids I had in my group had fun swimming, however my whole group was disappointed that there was no Jacuzzi available to us. They should update the picture on their website and take that off of their advertisement.

Room was large

Handicap rooms should have bench seat to be able to get into tub (tub is too high ) especially when staying alone ( no one to help you get in and out of. great number of handicap rails. I stayed at the Hampton inn and they have a seat you sit on and you can slide your legs up over the tub - your shower head was great

Great value, clean and a lot of amenities.

1. Only one tv remote for two TVs the first night. 2. Refrigerator wasn't very cold, discovered the elements were frozen solid with ice. Ended up using ice chest.3. pull out bed mattress very thin, not enough pillows or bedding in bag.

Spaceous, relative low price, free breakfast.

Breakfast could be more healthy, I did not manage to get a reply to my message on my booking.com chat (asking if the reception is 24/7 and whether I can checkin at 2 am). This lack of reply caused friction and stress.

It was clean and staff was friendly.

When we went to go swimming there were no towels in the pool area, I went to the desk a few times and there a sign that staff would be back shortly, but it was a long time. With 3 visits to the desk we finally got the towels.

We always stay here when visiting family. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff and great breakfast options that come with the stay.

The rooms were a little worn with paint chips. I could hear my neighbors talking late into the night. The room walls are a bit thin.

I loved the location of the hotel and the size of the room

My only complaints are the bed was like sleeping on cardboard, it was very hard and uncomfortable and there was also mold in the bathroom by the shower

I didnt like waiting for a good 20 minutes to check in while the manager was arguing with the employee over the phone about some issue with another employee. This should have been done in private

Always friendly staff and always helpful it's always my best place to stay in Omaha Jennifer at the front desk is always helpful and the other ladies as well thank you guys so much for making my birthday weekend a good time
