The lady who checked us in was very kind. She greeted everyone who came in and thanked everyone who left. She was in a good mood the entire time we stayed. The rooms were fantastic, great size.

The beds weren't that comfortable unfortunately. I know this wasn't the hotels fault but there was a woman who walked up and down the hall all day long, both days we stayed and she would act as if WE were in her way. It was quite annoying and weird.

I always forget how huge these hotel rooms are. I love that there is a couch and 'livingroom' section as well as a larger fridge than you'd find in most hotels. The hotel was very clean and the staff is always so friendly here. Upon arrival we were asked if we are Hilton Honors members and since we were we got free water and a snack.

The TV didn't work. We could not get it connected to the cable. This wasn't a huge deal but a bit annoying. We were already in our pajamas so we didn't want to call and have someone have to come into our room so we didn't complain directly to the staff, it may have been a real simple fix. We just watched stuff on our phones.

Our room was better than we expected. It was very roomy and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a curtain to separate the bed and a pull-out couch area for privacy. They had a cozy fire pit area near the entrance, delicious fresh chocolate chip cookies, and a nice reception area to stretch out. There was a walkway with green space for my dog to do her business. It was in a business area so there were sidewalks for walking the dog around.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about this place. We had a great stay here.

Hotel appeared clean, was easy to get to. The staff was extremely friendly and made check-in and check out very simple. We were allowed to check in a few minutes early which was nice.

I think because we checked in right after our room was cleaned it smell STRONGLY of bleach. Which is good that they clean with bleach, but it was pretty difficult to tolerate for a while. We ended up turning up the AC and leaving for a little while. The other issue I had was that our room was advertised as a King Suite with Hide-a-Bed but the bed was not a king-sized bed, I would guess it was a queen or a full. This was not a huge deal because my husband and I are used to sleeping in a smaller bed, but if you are not, then I would call the property and verify that the bed you're getting is in-fact a king.

Very nice hotel. The location and area was fine. I liked that the pool was open until midnight.

Breakfast was fine. Just wish they had premade oatmeal like they use to do in the past with toppings, sausage links and bacon would have been nice too, scrambled eggs, a pancake machine rather than waffles.

Loved having an indoor pool for the kids and coffee available in the lobby as we passed thru. The kids loved the cookies up front and the breakfast was awesome

Breakfast was great and Stacy from the front desk went above and beyond with great customer service. I had asked about the hot tub. She found out the answer and get back to me within a couple of minutes. She was amazing

The hotel was a good value for the money. We didn't use the kitchenette, gym, or laundry, but the facility would be great for someone needing an extended stay hotel.

The pool was a little warm -- more like a bath -- and some of the breakfast items appear to have been leftovers from the previous day (tasted dry and stale).

Convenient. Had an early appointment close by, it was great staying so close, and not having to worry about the traffic.

Location, facility was clean and comfort.

There was a problem with our room that the staff couldn't correct that night. The hotel was booked for the evening, and the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure our stay was discounted due to the issue. The room had some water damage, that is the only portion that was dirty enough for me to comment on. We would absolutely stay there again even with the inconvenience we had. All due to the respect and helpfulness of the night receptionist.
