The front desk person who checked us in. Very friendly and helpful with a very positive attitude and excellent customer service

The breakfast. Sunday morning 10:00, no batter for waffles. No gravy for biscuts. No forks. Orange juice and apple juice were watered down and no flavor. Garbage was overflowing. This was the only poor thing about our stay. We would stay again if in the area.

Stayed here for a birthday party in the area. Great location! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

I didn't pack a blow-dryer because rooms pretty much always have them now...and this didn't. I suppose I could have called the desk for one but I didn't have time and I didn't want the inconvenience of having to...

Only a desk chair in the room. We are a couple so we need 2 chairs. When the a/c would shut off, the room smelled musty even though it was nicely remodeled. It was hot & extremely humid outside so maybe that was the reason.

Both the evening staff and the morning staff of our stay were extremely helpful and courteous. They helped with our accommodations and were always in a great mood; despite setbacks they had to deal with. They sought out ways to best help our family meet our needs and made our stay very welcomed. Breakfast was very good. Excellent array of options and the quality was good as well. Room was very clean and spacious. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

The continental breakfast was very well set up with great options. We enjoyed everything about our stay. And the location was next to multiple wonderful restaurants.

Everything was great, There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location was close to everything. Perfect for my stay. Close proximity to eateries and shopping.

There was food left in the fridge, which means that that the cleaning staff didn't check to make sure everything was remove when cleaning.

Great location with plenty of shopping and food nearby.

No hot water in my room; had to move to a new room at 8 pm. (Although staff member was very helpful to find me a new room.)

The location, and the facility. appreciated the staff help in locating where we needed to go for our medical appointment.

No indoor pool and was a little hard to find since it was set back from the road

The room was clean and updated. The breakfast was wonderful and had something for everyone!

The street lights in the parking lot were not on/working

I had an issue with my dog. She was making noise while away. The staff politely called and told me she was making noise and I resolved the issue. They staff here is VERY professional. Kudos to them.
