Runny eggs. It was kind of skimpy. Need more fresh fruits. Potatoes would have been nice. Staff was very, very accommodating. I asked for an ironing board and iron in the middle of the night and they brought it. Staff kept asking me if I needed anything else which was very nice of her. We got a room on the first floor very near where we parked. That was very much appreciated. Bed was comfy. Front desk woman was exceptionally nice. Room temp was good. A/C worked good.

Hated the fluorescent lights above the bed. Did not like the mirror walls. Bathroom door kept closing when standing at sink when I wanted it to stay open. It really bugged me that the shower was not hot enough.

The hotel exterior looks very nice, and the surrounding area felt quiet and peaceful. The room had plenty of hot water, and the AC worked exceptionally well. Surprisingly, the towels were the softest I’ve ever encountered in a hotel—major comfort points there. All exterior doors locked at the advertised time and required a key card. Even to check in at 1 AM we had to be buzzed in. Front desk was very polite and helpful.

The mattress felt cheap and springy to me, not my favorite mattress but it worked and didn't cause me to lose any sleep. The bathroom had loose, uneven tiles and low water pressure at the sink. Window shades weren’t very effective, leaving the room overly bright for my liking.

Just traveling across the country for work. For the price point I was pleasantly surprised! I wasn’t expecting much, but they beat my highest expectations for the price point. The room was clean, great shower pressure and temperature, plenty of towels. Equipped with guest laundry, fitness center - but the treadmill was broken, which was OK because there’s a Planet Fitness only 10 minutes up the road, appears to be in a safe location, staff friendly and inviting. Online checkout. Fridge and microwave in the room. Plenty of parking. Quiet, Large, spacious rooms. Solo female traveler and I felt safe here. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Recommended!

For the price point it was totally fine

The location was great -- rural, but quite close to downtown Omaha. There was a Casey's and a fast food restaurant nearby. The staff seemed very motivated to be helpful, which is quite unusual these days. The breakfast was very good and substantial (scrambled eggs with potatoes and ham), the first I've had since COVID (most places state they have breakfast but don't these days). Everything in the room seemed to work (including fan), and the TV has a lot of channels.

When I first walked into the room, it had a very strong perfumed odor. It made me wonder what, if anything, they were trying to cover up (e.g., if someone had smoked in there and there was a $200 charge for smoking in a nonsmoking room). I did get used to the smell over time.

The room was exceptionally clean, spotless even. Happy that it has a mini fridge and a microwave, very handy. I also loved the easy check-in. The hotel is well-located, next to many commercial areas so it's easy to get food and other necessities.

Not very soundproof. Could hear the people outside and next door. Our bathroom also had some molds on the wall. And the room is showing some damage (chips and cracks, wear and tear). Hairdryer is an old model, couldn't figure out how to use it and didn't have time to ask for help. Wish the room had some complimentary water but I guess this is rare in most hotels nowadays.

Located near highway and lots of options for food nearby. I also enjoyed my room. I like that I had a microwave refrigerator and a sink. I felt the property was very safe and well lit. I had a lot of interaction with the staff and it was all positive and very friendly. I felt they went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. I never had any issues. Just positive experiences. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was available. It changes day-to-day. All of it was wonderful and very convenient for my schedule in the morning..

This is a pet friendly hotel. We don't have a pet. Our assigned room had a strong, very unpleasant dog odor. I asked for air freshener but that didn't help. When we returned from dinner it was even worse. With 90 heat opening the windows wasn't an option. We were quickly moved to a queen suit. It would not have been my first choice but it work fine.

Close to 370 and JFK. Had grocery and target nearby. They were redoing the sidewalk while we were there so it’s obvious they take care of the property.

The room we were in had a window that was hard to see out of. At first I thought it was condensation but when I looked at the other windows from outside they didn’t have the same problem.

Breakfast was better this stay. Before it was all biscuits and gravy, this stay a better variety. Very convenient to our family.

The toilet in our room didn't flush very well. also the remote for the TV didn't work. Had to manually turn on/off, as well the volume was tricky to get to right level. Probably need a new remote.

Good value for the money. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast had some variety. There is a convenience store/ gas station right across the street, multiple restaurants within a quarter mile. Highway access is great. We were in town for a wedding, my son stayed in a hotel nearby that wasn't nearly as nice and he paid a bit more per night.

The big negative was the internet access. Occasionally, I could connect with no problems, but the majority of the time I could not access the hotels login page. I tried modifying my security settings but nothing seemed to work. I'm not the only guest that experienced this problem as I spoke to a gentleman who voiced the same frustrations. Once actually connected the wifi worked just fine. Most of the time I had to connect using my wife's cell phone as a hot spot. The hotel really needs to solve this problem.
