The breakfast was essentially the same as I've experienced in other hotels but what set yours apart was the proficiency of the staff, the modality of how the food was offered - individual servings on trays behind sliding doors, healthy waffles, variety of beverages, and the use of real plates and utensils. The staff noticed the coffee was empty and quickly replaced it. All staff were courteous and polite.

What I found different was the way the bed was made. The fitted sheet was directly on top of the mattress while the mattress pad/bed skirt was on top of the flat sheet. Like it was being used in place of a blanket. The bedskirt having extra material on the sides, made for some interesting coverings. I typically travel with my own blanket and pillow so it wasn't much of a big deal for me.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean. Parking was good. Was close to the venue we needed to be at for a family birthday party and an easy off and on from the interstate.

I believe the price was a bit much for what we got, but realize that'[s the way it is today. Noise from people coming and going on the elevator was very loud and there were a lot of kids there that weekend. We looked at the breakfast area before we left in the morning and there was not much to offer in the way of selection except for cereal and waffles. As a diabetic, those are not good choices, so we past it up and had to go elsewhere. (So much for FREE breakfast)

Starting off with the lobby.. it’s beautiful. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room.. the design is lovely. The beds are VERY comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve slept on. Pillows were pretty good, too. The window was large with perfect room darkening shades. The bathroom was a great size. Overall, great place to stay. Lovely seating outside both in front and behind the building.

The breakfast was very good, with waffles and breakfast sandwiches. We would like to have seen more variety, as the same items were served each day. The location of the hotel was outstanding, as we were never more than a few minutes' drive to wherever we were headed. All staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was well designed. The pool was excellent. The fitness room, which we did not use, looked very well equipped. Even though there were many children staying at this property, the hotel was quiet.

On a seven -night stay, we only received housekeeping service twice. We had to ask for service on one of the two days we received it. On one morning, we were still in the room, but housekeeping staff did not return after we left. Most hotels have cut housekeeping services since covid. We disagree with this and feel hotels should provide daily housekeeping service.

I like that it didn't have carpet in the hotel room. I liked the shower doors were actually glass doors not curtains which was the reason I picked this hotel. I almost slipped and fell in the shower though. They would do well to put down a rubber mat or something because the shower floor does get very slick. I just put wash rags down under my feet after I almost fell. Other than that it was wonderful, bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. And plenty of room to move around, I liked it a lot!!

They just need a rubber mat in the shower or something to keep you from slipping. And there wasn't a ice bucket in the room maybe I could have asked for one I didn't try to but needed a ice bucket. I seen another guest with one so maybe I should have asked.

The property is great and location is good. The decor and cleanliness is really top notch. The room is standard size. I had a room booked with 2 queen beds. Bathroom is standard sized and clean and stocked with clean towels and toiletries. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard, good. I would say the lobby is really the highlight of the property. If you are on a work trip, it's so perfect for working from the lobby. Great pool with warm water.

The fridge was way to small and microwave was not there in room. TV did not have many options of channel to watch. Staff is ok, not too welcoming but not rude either. I would definitely rebook if I have to stay for one night somwhere.

The facility was clean and well-kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room temperature, bed, and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection of food types. The room layout and color-scheme created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff took great care to provide a great experience.

There was a large little league baseball team staying at the hotel that basically took over the lobby. The parents and/or coaches allowed their kids to run wild while the adults visited and partied. Kids ran up and down the hallways unattended late into the night. The staff on duty worked super hard to keep the situation under control to try to make things less chaotic and less disturbing for other guests.

It was very clean. Loved the pool table and pool. The breakfast was pretty good. The lady at the front desk during the day is VERY pleasant to work with made everything very easy going and comfortable!

There was a lady that worked at the front desk during the night shifts that was EXTREMELY rude everyyyyyytime we dealt with her. She refused to give us clean wash clothes for the 2nd night of the stay. She just made everything very uncomfortable. She always seemed to have a nasty attitude towards me and my family the hotel can definitely do WITHOUT her!

The property was lovely, and the reception staff were always friendly and eager to assist.

I was disappointed that the hotel chooses not to communicate with guests through the Booking.com platform. When I tried to message them via the app, I received an automated reply directing me to call them instead. This made it inconvenient to arrange simple things ahead of my stay.

Comfortable, Clean, nice activities in the common area. Good pool, great breakfast. Overall felt like a good deal.

Missed a hot tub but not a huge issue. We had some of our kids in a room above ours and you could hear them thumping around quite a bit. No bother to us since we just warned them to try and quieter in the other rooms. Just a warning that tha kind of sound does travel through the floor a bit. Small price for no carpets though.
