We liked the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. My mother is in a wheelchair so accessibility is important to us. She had no problems. Well... She sponge bathed because there wasn't a ledge or stool for her to sit on in the shower. BUT we were not in a fully "designated" accessible room. So she has decided that she will being a folding plastic stool on longer hotels stays so if she needs to take a full shower she can. I don't intend this as a complaint, she has no problems with sponge baths. It was more of a "just in case" item we will be bringing on longer hotels stays. I loved the simplicity of the furnishings, or rather, the uncluttered-ness of the room. Clutter makes me anxious, there was plenty of storage space (drawers, closet) so we could tuck our items away without the room looking like a bomb went off. We were here for a family emergency, a very stressful and scary event, but our room, at night, after our family member stabilized, was an oasis of calm and restfullness.

Nothing. We loved our room. The beds were comfortable, the pillows lovely. The temperature control unit responded very quickly, when we wanted it cooler it took no time for the room temp to adjust.

There is really no parking to check in, only street parking which was completely full. Had to use the parking garage for the hospital across the street. The parking for the hotel is under the hotel and accessed from the back of the building and there was no signage to indicate this. Made it difficult/stressful to figure out where to go. The young man who was on duty at the desk was pleasant enough but disappeared outside on several occasions during the evening for up to 15 minutes and there was no one to check in several people who came during those times. He was also just kind of "absent".. didn't really seem to understand questions when asked...

Brand new, very clean, very close to hospital, covered parking

Awkward first floor with wasted space. Not knowing parking situation before checking in on very rainy day. TV was nice but hard to navigate just regular TV stations. Wall thermostat would not change air conditioning temp, switched over to heat just with up/down arrows. Eventually started working again but was very cold, just left it.

The staff was so helpful in helping me with any questions I had. I stayed there because of doctors' appointments I had. Will be back next month for continuing doctors appointment and will definitely be staying there. I thought it was a nice touch when I walked into my room and tv said welcome Bryan.

Sorry I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

It was a good location for us as we were there because my father was life flighted to the med center for surgery! Was nice to be able to just walk to the hospital!

That it was hard to figure out how to get into the place and find the front desk! Might want to have better signs to lead you to the entrance!

The room was very modern and beautiful. I was so impressed with the decor and the comfort of the room.

Breakfast was terrible, undercooked, bacon, cold, scrambled eggs, and hard potatoes. I think a catering service would help the quality of breakfast.

Buzzing sound from smoke alarm. Very annoying. We contacted front desk. They said they'll have maintenance check if they're working, since it was the weekend. No one came.

Not space to walk a dog on property, however, surrounding area does have sidewalks to go walking.

Everything was perfect! The lady who checked me in was so nice!! I met the GM on my way out, and he was also very nice!

Very clean and the staff was exceedingly kind and hospitable. 10/10

Awkward to find parking at first.
