A newer property that felt fresh and up-to-date. The bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were very clean.

The staff, while not rude, didn’t seem at all motivated to work. The young man working behind the bar was on his phone and standing right next to us rather than working and allowing us our privacy. Rarely was there someone at the front desk… We would have to stand at the desk and hope that someone in the back room would see us standing there before they came out. The good news is that once they came out, they were very helpful and nice. The food at the bar is pre-prepped, warmed up, and not worth the money.

Very clean and quiet. Conveniently close to interstate. Excellent fresh food cooked in-house and good drinks at bar on premise. Workout room is well equipped with modern machines, benches, mats and a great selection of weights. Pool clean. Plenty of fresh towel and laundry room with two each of washers and dryers. Shout out to the friendliest staff ever, from the kitchen, to the bar, to the front desk! Also, kudos to the cleaning crew who keep the rooms sparkling. 10/10 rating! Thank you! This location is now on my “go to” list.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. More plug ins for electronic divices than anyplace I've ever stayed. Nice big TV. Several places to hang used towels in the bathroom. Comfortable bed and nice linens.

When we were there we could not get keys made to get into our room because of a Microsoft issue (July '24) so every time we needed to enter our room someone had to follow us up and let us in. Not the hotels fault. Staff was very nice about doing it and we never had to wait but it was still a bit of a pain. Leaving the hotel at 9:30 am after checkout went to get coffee in the lobby and both pots were empty.

To be honest, we arrived very upset finding out that the airport shuttle did not run during the hours that we needed them. I thought this very misleading as it was advertised on your website and that was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. But upon check-in the receptionist, whose name is Kelly, did a wonderful job to secure a taxi for us in order to get to the airport the next morning. We want to thank Kelly very much and hope that she gets some sort of bonus for her kindness. Also Daniel The bartender / waiter was excellent and highly professional.

Friendly staff, hotel and room were clean and comfortable, it was great to have an on-site washer & dryer to use. Did not use the pool or take advantage of breakfast or any on-site meals so I cannot comment on the food. Good amenities in the bathroom. Close to restaurants and felt like a safe area. 15 minute drive from the airport.

No complaints. I think the only thing I would change if I could is the set up of the king-size room we stayed in. I would put the TV at the end of the bed instead of to the side of the bed.

Room was clean, quiet and lovely. Staff was fantastic. Love the pool and fitness room and outdoor seating.

There wasn't any breakfast for me, but I called you before booking and I was told there were gluten-free options. Also the kitchen was closed from breakfast until 5 pm, which was annoying.

We were at the Mid America Center for an activity so the location was wonderful. I did appreciate the quietness of the space. The seating was very nice as well. We enjoyed having a spot for down time.

The room was WARM. We had to turn on and leave on the air conditioner as it was so hot in the room when we arrived. Then I shut it all off and left fan on and it still was 70+ degrees in the space. This was a little warm for us. The lack of breakfast included does make for a more difficult stay when we were not going far.

The people that work there were very nice and very helpful. The hotel was very beautiful but it was starting to show its age needed a little bit of maintenance. The room was very romantic.

I mentioned in my booking that we were there celebrating my husband's birthday, they got him a card and wrote hand written birthday wishes to him and enclosed free drink vouchers. I felt this was above and beyond

The desk and food service staff seemed unsure about how to handle the “breakfast included” feature of our Booking.com reservation.
