The staff was friendly when I got there had my reservation in order and helped me get paperwork done asap and the room was clean although I never could figure out how to get the TV to work i had my phone though so I didn't bother with tv much. The staff was excellent. Couldn't find a flaw with anything in my room or have any problem with anything. I somehow believe the property is run by an all female staff/ management and they are knocking it out of the park. Very good breakfast offerings each morning. Much better than a lot of places I have stayed.

Beds were comfortable, shower was really nice and updated. Salt water pool. Not a lot of options for breakfast. A/C was loud and made a weird noise.

Side door that was right by our room wasn't working. Our key cards quit working and needed to be reactivated a few times before they started working again.

Elevator very slow with long wait, no ice machine on 3rd floor, eggs were cold, luggage cart was almost worn out.

The room was very clean. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great. Their coffee was better than Starbucks. Will be staying at that location again.

There were no issues that were not dealth with promptly. That being a mere extra pillow, which is not really an issue.

The front desk staff. She went above and beyond! When we returned to our room from our grandsons basketball game, she overheard us entering the elevator that we need to ice his foot. The bed was very comfortable, like sleeping on a marshmallow. The blackout curtains worked great. Breakfast was great, a good selection. The staff was very friendly.

There was no plug-in close to the nightstands and no USB plugs in the room at all.

Clean, comfortable room with good view of the parking lot. The location was good. Parking seemed secure. Restaurants nearby. Seemed secure.

Roads in the area are super rough. I was in the area at the time of the College World Series, so things seemed more expensive than usual, and the hallways, lobby, and parking lots seemed to have a lot of rowdy baseball players around. Noisy.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed, close to Mid-America Center, quiet room.

My TV kept having no signal. The staff tried to correct it, even replacing the TV, but the connection still was tenuous & blacked out at times.

The facilities were exceptional, but the best feature was the woman that checked us in. Very personable, friendly and gave off an aura of caring about the customers. She is to be commended. Breakfast was outstanding and above expectations.
